La gentilezza e la calma dei proprietari ti portano indietro in un tempo passato, come se lì le ore e gli anni scorressero più lentamente. La cucina è molto tradizionale, semplice e molto molto buona. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni e dolci (praticamente tutto) e non abbiamo trovato nulla che non fosse buono. Prezzi perfetti, anche bassi. Assolutamente da consigliare. Small restaurant in a tiny medieval village where the earthquake has unfortunately left its mark. The kindness and calm of the owners bring you back to a past time, as if the hours and years passed more slowly there. The cuisine is very traditional, simple and very very good. We tasted appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes and desserts (practically everything) and we found nothing that was not good. Perfect prices, even low. Absolutely to recommend.

I piatti, prevalentemente a base di prodotti tipici locali (tartufo, zafferano, carni e formaggi), sono di qualità ottima e spesso eccellente. Personale gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Located in a small town in the upper Subequana Valley, the restaurant consists of a large and bright living room with walls of a relaxing green water. The dishes, mainly based on typical local products (truffles, saffron, meats and cheeses), are of excellent and often excellent quality. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Lo consiglio vivamente! Wonderful place, wonderful panorama .. Excellent service, courtesy and availability as well as the excellent quality of the food, especially the truffle. I highly recommend it!

The owner is also a truffle hunter and makes his own Amaro. We can wait to come back to this part of Italy and taste the seasonal food served here.

We had cheeses with assorted home-made jams and delicious home made bread, pasta with mushroom and trufle, chicken with saffron from neighboruring village of Navelli and delicious steak. Maybe not the most cosy decoration and lighting, but super friendly 2 guys servicing this place. They are proud about their work and showed us and let us smell the truffles they use. Add an OK and cheap house wine and you are in for a great evening. Again, if you want tasty food, go there. There is also not a lot in the neighbourhood to choose from. Enjoy and let me know what your experience. Most of the guests in the restaurant were apparantly guests of the Castello di Fagnano - Albergo Diffuso & SPA.
