La specialità sono i gamberi allevati nel limpidissimo torrente sottostante, serviti in vari modi, dall'antipasto ai primi di pasta fatta in casa e ai secondi, che però non hanno entusiasmato per i sapori troppo delicati dove si percepiscono solo quelli dei condimenti. Eccezionale il filetto di trota, altra specialità della casa, da non perdere. Buono il servizio, prezzi superiori alla media. Nice place just outside the town of Bussi sul Tirino. The specialty is prawns raised in the crystal clear stream below, served in various ways, from appetizers to home-made pasta first courses and second courses, which, however, were not thrilled by the overly delicate flavors where only those of the condiments are perceived. The trout fillet is exceptional, another specialty of the house, not to be missed. Good service, above average prices.

Specialità: gamberi di fiume, è stata una bella scoperta, non ne avevo mai mangiati. Tra i due primi proposti abbiamo apprezzato molto le fettuccine in bianco. Gamberi ottimi. Consigliato. Among the two first proposed we really enjoyed the fettuccine in white. Great prawns. Recommended.

Una giornata mite ci ha permesso di desinare all'aperto contribuendo ad una sosta di grande soddisfazione e relax. Very pleasant and tasty lunch with crayfish. Rural and welcoming location along the Tirino river. A mild day allowed us to dine outdoors, contributing to a break of great satisfaction and relaxation.
