Cercavo prodotti di nicchia per apertura di una mia bottega, la mia ricerca sui liquori e distillati della mia regione, si è soffermata su questa realtà, Rajca...il nome mi ha incuriosito, la zona Navelli, così ricca di profumi, di alimenti che ci accompagnano da sempre, di tradizioni...li contatto e trovo un abbraccio caloroso...si, Marco mi ha accolto in azienda e mi ha anche fatta coccolare e sorprendere da altri amici preziosi. Ho assaporato i prodotti come seguendo un rito, mi aspettavo di trovare sapori e tradizioni antiche in veste moderna, ed è andato tutto oltre...mi piace emozionarmi degustando, se ti emozioni di ricordi felici è l apoteosi...la ratafia...le amarene che nonna curava con lo zucchero al sole e che rilasciano quel nettare così goloso x noi bambini .ma mai stucchevole ..un equilibrio perfetto tra frutta alcool e dolcezza.... La liquirizia di questo liquore, la puoi masticare tanto è gustosa e vera, la grappa di mela cotogna...io non amo le grappe ma, il profumo ed il gusto inebriante della mela cotogna la rende accattivante e carezzevole, deliziosa...la genziana...beh,perfetta tra aromi , amarezza della radice e alcool, anche la giusta acidità forse regalata dal vino di infusione...che dire...grazie ragazzi mi avete regalato sorrisi dal cuore e grazie x cio che portate avanti con passione...avanti così!!!

I was looking for niche products to open my shop, my research on liqueurs and spirits of my region focused on this reality, Rajca ... the name intrigued me, the Navelli area, so rich in perfumes, food that have always accompanied us, of traditions ... I contact them and find a warm embrace ... yes, Marco welcomed me into the company and also made me pamper and surprise by other precious friends. I tasted the products as following a ritual, I expected to find ancient flavors and traditions in a modern guise, and everything went further ... I like to get excited by tasting, if you feel happy memories it is the apotheosis ... the ratafia .. .the black cherries that grandmother treated with sugar in the sun and that release that nectar so greedy for us children. but never cloying .. a perfect balance between fruit, alcohol and sweetness .... The licorice of this liqueur, you can chew it as it is tasty and true, the quince grappa ... I don't like grappas but, the scent and heady taste of quince makes it captivating and caressing, delicious ... gentian ... well, perfect between aromas, bitterness of the root and alcohol, even the right acidity perhaps given by the infusion wine ... what about ... thanks guys you have given me smiles from the heart and thanks for what you carry on with passion ... keep it up !!!

Su consiglio di un amico visitiamo questo liquorificio, frutto di passione, tradizione e riscoperta di antiche ricette. Marco ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità e spiegato la lavorazione dei prodotti. Genziana speciale, liquirizia deliziosa, grappa alle mele cotogne delicata e grande equilibrio, ratafia molto buona. Lo zucchero è ben equilibrato e l'autenticità dei sapori è unica.
