★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un peccato che un locale con la potenzialità delle cinque stelle ne prenda soltanto tre. Purtroppo gli assaggi fuori menù e la qualità altissima dei piatti non bastano.
La cortesia e la professionalità del personale di sala è fondamentale.
Abbiamo pranzato qui in tredici e tra noi c'erano persone che della ristorazione fanno da anni il proprio punto di forza: anche loro, come me, sono rimasti basiti: per un'incomprensione iniziale che si poteva risolvere in anticipo con una mail o una telefonata.
È un peccato per me (che del mestiere non sono) scoprire che un atteggiamento ostile possa fare la differenza tra un pranzo piacevole e un pranzo forzato.
Ripeto, nulla da eccepire sulla qualità dei piatti, ma ahimè, non ci torneremo.
 It is a pity that a place with the potential of five stars only takes three. Unfortunately, the off-menu tastings and the very high quality of the dishes are not enough.
The courtesy and professionalism of the dining room staff is essential.
Thirteen of us had lunch here and among us there were people who have been their strong point in catering for years: they too, like me, were thrilled: for an initial misunderstanding that could be resolved in advance with an email or a phone call.
It's a shame for me (I'm not a professional) to discover that a hostile attitude can make the difference between a leisurely lunch and a forced lunch.
Again, nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes, but alas, we will not be returning.

Locale: pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato.
Cibo: si possono trovare piatti tradizionali e piatti innovativi. Punto forte un’ottima materia prima ma l’eccellenza la di raggiunge attraverso ottime combinazioni ed un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. Vale il viaggio a Cherasco già solo per la qualità del cibo.
Cantina: ottime etichette e ben fornito. Si può bere egregiamente e l’offerta copre comunque qualsiasi propensione di spesa.
Servizio: molto accogliente e cordiale ma al contempo estremamente professionale. Ottima la spiegazione di ogni piatto, permette di apprezzare al meglio gli ingredienti.
Costo: per come si beve e si mangia ha un corretto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Sicuramente torneremo
There are many things to say, so let's go in order:
Local: clean, welcoming and well organized.
Food: you can find traditional dishes and innovative dishes. The strong point is an excellent raw material but excellence is achieved through excellent combinations and a perfect balance of flavors. Worth the trip to Cherasco alone for the quality of the food.
Cellar: excellent labels and well stocked. You can drink very well and the offer still covers any spending propensity.
Service: very welcoming and friendly but at the same time extremely professional. Excellent explanation of each dish, allows you to better appreciate the ingredients.
Cost: for how you drink and eat it has a correct quality / price ratio.
We will definitely be back
