★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, but the prices don’t follow the Slow Food philosophy: the price should be fair, not only to the producer but to the customers too. Even their basic dishes like Burro e Salvia is expensive when it’s just pasta with butter and sage. Sage is definitely for free, butter isn’t that expensive in piemonte and pasta?? Come on guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This slow food restaurant is really, really good. I had the small tasting menu and was worth all the price. The Vitello Tonnato was maybe the best I’ve ever tasted. And the same goes for the panna cotta. I don’t know how they did it, but the texture in the panna cotta is incredibly. The wine menu was fantastic, I wish I didn’t went by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cooking, delicious generous choice of vines. However ultra slow food service :2 h45 of catering service for the first simple tiny tasting menu.. It was really exhausting! Therefore we appreciated local foods and the concept itself was interesting

We enjoyed the great food (the small tasting dinner) and great wines.
Really relaxed garden dinner. This is the kind of place why we love Italy and la dolce vita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience at the epicenter of the slow food movement. The food is authentic, healthy and super tasty. The team in the kitchen and the staff serving the guests do a fantastic job. It's a relaxed atmosphere in this restaurant, where it feels as if you would eat in someone's dining room at home. And it's not so easy to make a choice from the menu, as everything served here seems to be delicious.
