- Full marks for the presentation of food.
- Family run restaurant, with a couple running the kitchen, assisted by assorted members of the family.
- The whole experience of presentation, preparation, uniqueness, deconstruction and taste is similar to a tasting menu of a Michelin star restaurant.
- Simple whitish interiors, lets you focus on the food.
- Adequate variety of selections in the menu. Enough to satisfy most.
- White meats were wonderfully prepared & seasoned.
- Sea food could be seasoned better.
- Pasta has 'grandma made' pasted all over it. Extremely hearty and satisfying.
- Possibly the best Panna Cotta I've had in decades.
- A must visit if you happen to be in Bra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant in Bra. It is a place that you should reserve your table in advance. Actually the front door is locked and only guest that reserved place can get in. The food was at high level culinary. Evry plate was perfect. Wine was great. Compliments to the chef.

We chose the vegetarian surprise menu, and after visiting several other restaurants in Piemonte with similar offerings, I clearly have to rate this one as one of the best.
