★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico modo per comunicare con l'uffico pare essere scrivere una PEC, peccato che il servizio di PEC CEC-PAC gratuito, offerto dal governo è cessato nel 2014. Reputo inaccettabile che devo pagare per ottenere informazioni ed eventualmente far rispettare i miei diritti! *Ovviamente non rispondono mai al telefono, periodicamente parte il messaggio che il numero è inesistente.... ottimo servizio per i cittadini(e per i futuri cittadini) insomma..
The only way to communicate with the office seems to be to write a PEC, it is a pity that the free PEC CEC-PAC service, offered by the government, ceased in 2014. I find it unacceptable that I have to pay to obtain information and possibly enforce my rights ! * Obviously they never answer the phone, periodically the message is sent that the number is non-existent .... excellent service for citizens (and for future citizens) in short ..
