Per la "amatriciana" non credo ci sia posto migliore dove mangiarla, inoltre la preparano anche con pasta senza glutine e non si nota la differenza. Più che consigliato ? Well-kept location, very professional and friendly staff. Excellent menu and generous portions. For the "amatriciana" I don't think there is a better place to eat it, they also prepare it with gluten-free pasta and you don't notice the difference. More than recommended ?

Come primi il titolare ci ha consigliato 2 assaggi: gricia e amatriciana. Ovviamente a mio marito pasta senza glutine e non è che tutti i ristoranti offrono questo tipo di menù....Porzioni abbondanti e ben condite con materie prime di qualità. Come secondi arrosticini e salsiccia alla griglia e contorno di puntarelle con alici. Tutto squisito e ad un prezzo più che onesto .Nota di merito al titolare una persona veramente speciale. Obviously to my husband gluten-free pasta and not all restaurants offer this type of menu .... Generous portions and well seasoned with quality raw materials. Sublimi l'amatriciana e la gricia, proposti in un mix di assaggi che in realtà sono porzioni abbondanti. Eccezionali anche le carni, dagli arrosticini di pecora alla tagliata. Abbiamo ordinato anche delle patatine fritte come contorno: squisite, tagliate a mano proprio come quelle di una volta e per nulla unte. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da una buonissima bottiglia di Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Ottima anche la selezione dei dolci per non parlare della genziana di produzione propria. I prezzi sono molto convenienti rispetto alla qualità e alla quantità delle pietanza. Speriamo di tornarci prestissimo! Assolutamente consigliato. We also ordered fries as a side dish: delicious, hand-cut just like they used to be and not at all greasy. All this was accompanied by a very good bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The selection of desserts is also excellent, not to mention the gentian of own production. The prices are very affordable compared to the quality and quantity of the dish. We hope to be back soon! Segnalo la possibile mancanza di segnale per il pos data la posizione e la ricostruzione che sta avvenendo, comunque segnalata anche sul menù esterno. Great welcome, great food, great atmosphere. Personale super gentile e disponibile, il proprietario del locale è anche uscito fuori a salutarci e a chiederci se andava tutto bene, ottimo punto a favore! Antipasti misti salumi e formaggi con pizza fritta e crema ai marroni tutti quisitissimo!! Primi, ovviamente amatriciana sia bianca che rossa davvero top! Guanciale croccante strepitoso!!!!!! Alla fine del pranzo ci hanno anche offerto la ratafia, rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccellente!! Ci tornerei sicuramente anche partendo da Roma!! Super friendly and helpful staff, the owner of the restaurant even came out to greet us and ask us if everything was okay, great plus! Mixed starters with cold cuts and cheeses with fried pizza and chestnut cream all very quisitissimo !! First, obviously amatriciana both white and red really top! Amazing crispy bacon !!!!!! At the end of the lunch they also offered us the ratafia, really excellent value for money !! I would definitely stay there again even starting from Rome !!
