Absolutely worth it, very good amatriciana and all the rest really very good, but a step above all the lamb tartare. DIVINE.

Antipasti con affettati e formaggi di qualità, su tutti un prosciutto locale super stagionato che nulla ha da invidiare al patanegra belota. Spaghetti alla chitarra alla amatriciana eccellenti. Personale professionale,cortese, e affabile. Informal pizza restaurant, with its own parking. Outdoor area with covered tables within covered verandas and umbrellas. Appetizers with quality cold cuts and cheeses, above all a super-aged local ham that has nothing to envy to the patanegra belota. Excellent spaghetti alla chitarra amatriciana. Professional, courteous, and personable staff.

Abbiamo gustato un'ottima cucina locale ( pasta alla gricia e abbacchio scottadito ) che ci ha lasciato più che soddisfatti. La cortesia dei gestori e prezzi onesti hanno concluso una splendida domenica in questi luoghi magici. Torneremo! Excellent restaurant located just outside Amatrice, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. We enjoyed excellent local cuisine (gricia pasta and scottadito lamb) which left us more than satisfied. The courtesy of the managers and honest prices concluded a splendid Sunday in these magical places. We'll be back!
v	valeria mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di fare una piccola deviazione per pranzo prima di andare a Roma e ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. Locali accogliente e caldo con un grande camino acceso ed i proprietari gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo mangiato due assaggi di gricia e amatriciana e poi l'agnello alla cacciatora con contorno di spinaci freschi. Davvero tutto eccezionale! Ci torneremo sicuramente! We decided to take a little detour for lunch before heading to Rome and stopped at this restaurant. Cozy and warm rooms with a large lit fireplace and friendly and helpful owners. We ate two samples of gricia and amatriciana and then the lamb alla cacciatora with a side of fresh spinach. Really all exceptional! We will definitely be back!

Parcheggio privato. Prezzi assolutamente ottimi. Per non parlare dei proprietari, persone gentilissime, Vere, con le quali scambiare quattro chiacchiere durante il pranzo (perché anche andare al ristorante è un atto di cultura). Grazie, sono stato davvero benissimo! A presto rivederci! What can I say ... the photos speak for themselves! The Vera Amatriciana, exquisite! The meat is also great. All seasoned with a very quiet environment in a green area. Private parking. Absolutely great prices. Not to mention the owners, very kind people, true, with whom to chat during lunch (because even going to the restaurant is an act of culture). Thanks, I had a really great time! See you soon!

Antipasto dalla qualità indescrivibile. Il tutto veramente a prezzi troppo troppo onesti se poi umanamente consideriamo ciò che li ha colpiti. Meriterebbero ben oltre le 5 stelle proposte. Bravi e grazie ancora. We had dinner and stayed with relative breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, enviable quality and quantity of food from appetizers to sweet and bitter. Appetizer of indescribable quality. All this really at prices that are too too honest if we then humanly consider what has struck them. They deserve well beyond the 5 stars proposed. K	KiMiK ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati in zona e ci siamo fermati sul mezzo giorno: penso non potevamo trovare posto migliore, immerso nel verde, tranquillo.. siamo riusciti a prendere un antipasto, due primi è un dolce e siamo usciti rotolando. I proprietari sono due persone carinissime, tengono molto alla qualità (l’abbiamo sentita tutta) insomma, felicissimi di averli visitati e speriamo di ripassarci in futuro :) We found ourselves in the area and stopped on midday: I think we could not find a better place, surrounded by greenery, quiet .. we managed to get an appetizer, two first courses is a dessert and we came out rolling. The owners are two very nice people, they are very keen on quality (we have heard it all) in short, very happy to have visited them and we hope to come back to them in the future :)
f	fulvio amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto semplice e lineare come i suoi proprietari, curando il proprio ambiente caldo e familiare con una pulizia invidiabile ......Ed ora la cucina ......che dire......sono un palato fine e il primo per me è la amatriciana il re dei piatti .....a 55 anni nativo di Roma e cresciuto con la vera cucina romana non ho mangiato mai una matriciana del genere, cotto al punto giusto...sugo semplice ..guanciale stratosferico. Per non parlare del secondo bistecca di vitellone eccezionale, sapore unico, patate al forno uniche e infine cicoria ripassata spettacolare sembrava a colta a km 0. Presto tornerò per la.cucina.ma per incontrare il proprietario semplice umile e familiare....ancora esistono queste realtà grazie di cuore ❤ ❤ A simple and linear place like its owners, taking care of its warm and familiar environment with an enviable cleanliness ... And now the kitchen ... what can I say ... I am a fine palate and first for me is the amatriciana the king of dishes ..... at 55, a native of Rome and raised with real Roman cuisine, I have never eaten such a matriciana, cooked to the right point ... simple sauce .. stratospheric pillow. Not to mention the second veal steak exceptional, unique flavor, unique baked potatoes and finally spectacular sautéed chicory seemed to be cultured at km 0. Soon I will be back for the kitchen. But to meet the simple humble and familiar owner .... again these realities exist thank you from the heart ❤ ❤
