★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti ad Amatrice con lo scopo di assaggiare il piatto tipico di questo paesetto che nonostante l'accaduto ha mantenuto una grande forza e voglia di ricominciare.
Abbiamo scelto un ristorantino a caso tra quelli presenti nell'area food adibita dopo il terremoto.
Tutti i piatti scelti ci hanno soddisfatto tantissimo: Spaghetti all'Amatriciana favolosi e altrettanto buoni i rigatoni alla Gricia (versione bianca della ricetta). Anche i secondi molto buoni, carne tenera e gustosa. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino, dall'ottimo servizio e dall'accoglienza di chi ci lavora.
 We came to Amatrice with the aim of tasting the typical dish of this village which despite the incident has maintained a great strength and desire to start over.
We chose a random restaurant among those in the food area used after the earthquake.
All the dishes chosen satisfied us a lot: fabulous Spaghetti all'Amatriciana and equally good the rigatoni alla Gricia (white version of the recipe). The second courses are also very good, tender and tasty meat. All accompanied by a good glass of wine, excellent service and the welcome of those who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente accattivante e professionale il signor Massimo ci ha rapito all'ingresso presentandosi il loro menù molto buono e abbondante. Ha saputo consigliare e accontentare i miei ragazzi. Simpaticissimo e sempre molto presente in ogni nostra richiesta. La barchetta è fantastica per assaporare le due varianti. Consigliatissimo..il menù di carne era abbondante tanto che con due porzioni abbiamo mangiato in 4.

Definitely captivating and professional, Mr. Massimo kidnapped us at the entrance by presenting their very good and abundant menu. He was able to advise and please my boys. Very nice and always very present in our every request. The barchetta is fantastic to savor the two variations. Highly recommended .. the meat menu was abundant so that with two portions we ate in 4.
