Quello che è da rivedere è la qualità dei piatti che pur essendo ben presentati e con prodotti di buona qualità, mancavano del tocco che li avrebbe resi perfetti. La sala è rumorosa e il rapporto qualità prezzo non è appropriato. The service is excellent, Covid distances are scrupulously respected and a good choice of wines is available. What needs to be reviewed is the quality of the dishes which, despite being well presented and with good quality products, lacked the touch that would have made them perfect. The hall is noisy and the value for money is not appropriate.

La proprietaria Titti e il personale sono sempre cortesi e sorridenti, sempre disponibili nello spiegare e consigliare ai clienti i deliziosi piatti della tradizionale cucina della cultura della montagna. Ottimi e freschi sia gli antipasti sia i primi, ma sopratutto estremamenti buoni e sorprendenti sono i secondi di selvaggina, la cui carne è tenera e gustosa. I prezzi sono molto onesti vista l'eccellenza del servizio e la cura e il gusto dei piatti. Inoltre il ristorante è collocato vicino a due ampi parcheggi, quindi non vi sono difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'automobile e nel raggiungere il locale. Non posso che consigliare caldamente una cena presso questo meraviglioso e accogliente ristorante! Prima o dopo la cena non dimenticate di visitare l'affascinante borgo di Introbio, con le sue rustiche architetture in legno e pietra tipiche della montagna. My experience at La Cascata restaurant has always been very positive in the several times I have dined in this lovely place in the mountains. The owner Titti and the staff are always courteous and smiling, always available to explain and recommend to customers the delicious dishes of the traditional cuisine of the mountain culture. Both the starters and the first courses are excellent and fresh, but above all the second courses of game are extremely good and surprising, the meat of which is tender and tasty. The prices are very fair given the excellence of the service and the care and taste of the dishes. Furthermore, the restaurant is located near two large car parks, so there are no difficulties in parking the car and in reaching the place. I can only highly recommend a dinner at this wonderful and welcoming restaurant! Before or after dinner, don't forget to visit the charming village of Introbio, with its rustic architecture in wood and stone typical of the mountains.

Ambiente accogliente e molto curato nei particolari- Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma. Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze, con possibilità, per chi ha problemi motori, di sostare nel piccolo giardino interno. Ci torneremo sicuramente. At the restaurant La Cascata di Introbio we were able to taste excellent fish from the lake, and not, cooked in an exemplary way, in addition to the equally good traditional dishes. A welcoming environment with great attention to detail. Convenient parking nearby, with the possibility, for those with mobility problems, to stay in the small internal garden. We will definitely be back.

Un primo, un secondo, un quarto di vino e due dolci 57 euro. Cibo curato e buono, ma fuori mercato rispetto alla zona. Questo forse spiega come mai di sabato sera era vuoto... Modern and well-kept room, not really in mountain style, more than anything else metropolitan, like prices. A first, a second, a quarter of wine and two desserts 57 euros. Good, well-kept food, but out of the market. This perhaps explains why it was empty on Saturday night ...

Il personale è molto cortese e preparato, discutibile la proposta del menù: pochi piatti a loro dire locali. Le proposte dei formaggi locali sono molto discutibili, due sono locali e due no, come il gorgonzola che oltre ad mano essere del posto non è molto indicato nel periodo di agosto. La scelta dei vini é buona ma i prezzi sono un po’ più alti della media. The courses are good, the price a little less. In my opinion, they take advantage of it with prices. The staff is very courteous and prepared, the menu proposal is questionable: few dishes they say are local. The proposals of local cheeses are very questionable, two are local and two are not, like gorgonzola which, besides being local, is not very suitable in the period of August. The choice of wines is good but the prices are a little higher than average.
