Dove abbiamo mangiato in un ambiente umile è familiare Dove ti portano A loro scelta Le portate. Divinamente cucinate. il panorama e mozzafiato. Ci sono torrenti e cascate e Grandi Pianure. Accessibile anche ai bambini Inoltre per chi non vuole salire e faticare c'è il servizio Jeep che ti porta al Rifugio. Posto incantevole We went on an excursion. Divinely cooked. the view is breathtaking. There are streams and waterfalls and Great Plains. Also accessible to children. Eravamo intenzionati a mangiare in un rifugio ma, dopo 3 ore di cammino, mia figlia era distrutta. Per fortuna passando abbiamo visto questo caratteristico agriturismo e ci siamo fermati a chiedere se era possibile mangiare qualcosa nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Nonostante fossero quasi le 14, sono rimasto colpito dalla cortesia, dalla semplicità delle persone e dalla rusticità dei prodotti. Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto due generosi taglieri con affettato e formaggi di capra, innaffiato da vino rosso. Ottimi i dolci, rigorosamente fatti in casa. Tiramisù eccellente, uno strudel che non aveva nulla da invidiare a quello trentino ma soprattutto una torta di noci e miele da sballo per bontà e semplicità. Abbiamo terminato con caffè e genepy autoprodotto. Sapori d'altri tempi, prezzo onestissimo e gentilezza in un contesto ambientale meraviglioso. Grazie, torneremo volentieri. Roberto e famiglia A wonderful day For the first time in val biandino with my partner and my 8 year old daughter. We intended to eat in a shelter but, after 3 hours of walking, my daughter was destroyed. Fortunately, passing by we saw this characteristic farmhouse and we stopped to ask if it was possible to eat something even though we had not booked. Although it was almost 2 pm, I was struck by the courtesy, the simplicity of the people and the rusticity of the products. We ate two generous platters of cold cuts and goat cheeses outdoors, washed down with red wine. Excellent desserts, strictly homemade. Excellent tiramisu, a strudel that had nothing to envy to the Trentino one, but above all a nut and honey cake, amazing for its goodness and simplicity. We finished with coffee and self-made genepy. Flavors of yesteryear, honest price and kindness in a wonderful environmental context. Thanks, we will gladly return. Roberto and family

Dopo una bella e semplice camminata partendo da Introbio, si passa un ponticello di legno sopra il torrente e dopo pochi metri troverete un posto ben curato dove poter mangiare sia all'esterno che all'interno. Verrete accolti con gentilezza ed allegria e potrete gustare formaggi e salumi ottimi oppure un pranzo completo, tutto a prezzi onestissimi. Ovviamente troverete il gel per la disinfezione mani e servizi stra-puliti. You can't miss it, a stop in this delightful place is a must ?. After a nice and simple walk starting from Introbio, you pass a wooden bridge over the stream and after a few meters you will find a well-kept place where you can eat both outside and inside. You will be greeted with kindness and joy and you can enjoy excellent cheeses and meats or a full lunch, all at very honest prices. Obviously you will find the gel for disinfecting hands and extra-clean services.

Dopo una passeggiata di qualche chilometro abbiamo scoperto l'agriturismo LA BAITA, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, cucina locale e di qualità. Spero che posti così si preservino da una società volta solo al consumismo che è solo dedita al mordi e fuggi. Qui si apprezza la natura, la buona cucina, la cordialità.
