Excellent refuge, very nice and very hospitable, you eat very well. They are all very welcoming. I've been going there since the 80's and have always had a great time.

Oggi 26 Dicembre 2019 Al bar dell'Ambro, una bella giornata passata in compagnia dell'Ambrogio e della Giò al rifugio, ottimo il pranzo e dopo un buon caffè dell'Ambro da provare assolutamente .Oggi 22 gennaio ottima polenta con uova e speck, e poi un ottimo caffè dell'Ambro Ambrogio and his family were very kind, the view was beautiful. Ottima cucina ma soprattutto una gentilezza e simpatia che ti fa letteralmente sentire a casa. Si spende andhe poco, per un super servizio. Eccezionale. Wonderful hut with terrace over the valley, and comfortable double rooms. Excellent cuisine but above all a kindness and sympathy that makes you literally feel at home. He spends little and for a super service. Awesome.

Locale accogliente e una bella vista sulle Griegne e il Gruppo dei Campelli, senza tralasciare il Zucco Orscellera. Gentilissimi Ambro (Ambrogio) in cucina e la sua mamma servizio ai tavoli. Da provare il caffè da Ambro. We went in for a hot dish and Ambro's sympathy warmed us up. Le sorelle gestiscono il ristorante, cucina fantastica. It is my favorite refuge of the bobbio plans. The manager Ambro is nice and hospitable. Polenta e brasato e pizzoccheri stratosferici, polenta taragna da leccarsi le dita e i dolci davvero golosi. Gentilezza e cortesia non sono mancati. Consiglio sicuramente.
