It was an amazing surprise, starting from the very elegant and welcoming locatioan and to Roberto, an icon of sympathy, professionalism, who does his job with passion and dedication knowing how to put the customer at ease with advice to enhance the incredible specialties of the Val Nerina destination for good gourmets and nature lovers. Truly unique Umbrian flavors with vast assortment of local wines. What do you say, all magnificent!

Tutto lo staff cordialissimo e siamo stati fortunati abbiamo assistito ad un delizioso concerto per violino e violoncello. Bravissimi tutti... Andateci sarete entusiasti. Sunday 7 November for lunch with friends excellent cuisine and wine cellar, wonderful champagne recommended by Roberto. All the staff were very cordial and we were lucky we attended a delightful concert for violin and cello. All very good ... Go there you will be thrilled.

The Chef knows well the technique and methods to enhance the final flavors of the dishes. Technique, solid attention and art.
