★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando il tuo compagno ascolta le tue richieste folli non puoi esserne che fiera.. cosa dire ho ricevuto per il mio compleanno due splendide piante da Urbani Tartufi con in libro della loro storia, purtroppo non ho ancora avuto il piacere di visitare il museo causa covid , ma appena si potrà pranzo e visita assicurata.
Ringrazio il personale che ha consigliato al meglio il mio compagno per questo splendido regalo.
Ci rivedremo molto presto.

When your partner listens to your crazy requests you can't be but proud .. what to say I received for my birthday two splendid plants from Urbani Tartufi with a book of their history, unfortunately I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting the museum due to covid , but as soon as you can lunch and visit guaranteed.
I thank the staff who best advised my partner for this wonderful gift.
We will meet again very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati per informarli che avevo ordinato un lotto di "tartufo freschi" ma ho ricevuto un prodotto totalmente privo di aroma e profumo caratteristico, praticamente sembravano dei pezzi di sughero,. NON SI SONO DEGNATI NEANCHE DI RISPONDERE! eppure ho aspettato dei giorni fiducioso di una risposta, adesso ora posso dire che: MAI PIU' ACQUISTI PRESSO DI LORO E UNA STELLA è ANCHE TROPPO...........
I contacted them to inform them that I had ordered a batch of "fresh truffles" but I received a product totally devoid of aroma and characteristic scent, practically they looked like pieces of cork. THEY DID NOT EVEN ANSWER! yet I have waited for days confident of an answer, now I can say that: NEVER MORE PURCHASES FROM THEM AND A STAR IS ALSO TOO MUCH ...........

IL Tartufo Nero e Bianco veniva usato già nella Cucina per i Banchetti nei tempi degli antichi Romani, viene citato da Apicio, celebre Maestro dell'arte culinaria Romana. ?
Ma non poteva mancare l'opinione sui tartufi di Plinio il Vecchio che amava scrivere vivendo la sana vita agreste della Val Tiberina, "....dolce aria salubre la Val Tiberina vista da Spoletum.....", Scrisse.
Ho assaggiato il tartufo nero al Ristorante dell'Abbazia di San Felice e Mauro, pasta fresca con salsa cremosa bianca e tartufo nero e formaggi freschi di Norcia, poi carni rosse al tartufo con Vino ? rosso d'annata Sagrantino di Montefalco, eccezionale sapore. ?️
