★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato dei prodotti i primi di aprile. La consegna, prevista in data 9/4, non è pervenuta. Contattando il loro Servizio Clienti domenica 10/4, si è scoperto che in realtà l’ordine non era stato inoltrato e quindi non risultava nel loro sistema. La soluzione ? Mi hanno fatto rifare l’ordine e hanno provveduto tempestivamente alla spedizione (11/4). Regalo di Pasqua salvo !!! Qualità e disponibilità a servizio dei Clienti!
I ordered some products in early April. Delivery, scheduled for 9/4, was not received. By contacting their Customer Service on Sunday 10/4, it turned out that in reality the order had not been forwarded and therefore did not appear in their system. The solution ? They made me re-order and promptly shipped them (11/4). Easter gift save !!! Quality and availability at the service of customers!
