★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprio un bel borgo. Le case sono ristrutturate molto bene, la stradine e i vicoli, ben mantenuti e puliti. La gente del posto si è dimostrata accogliente e simpatica. Il fiume che lambisce il paese, con le sue acque limpide, gli dona anche un ulteriore fascino. Tutto ok, salvo la multa per aver circolato di domenica alle ore 13.00 alla fantastica velocità di 69 km all'ora in una strada deserta in direzione del ristorante, appena fuori il paese, dove poi abbiamo mangiato benissimo. (PS - l'auto con la quale viaggiavo fa gli 80 in "prima"). Nonostante il "retrogusto al balzello" torneremo.
Just a nice village. The houses are very well restored, the streets and alleys well maintained and clean. The locals proved welcoming and nice. The river that laps the town, with its clear waters, also gives it an additional charm. Everything ok, except for the fine for having driven on Sunday at 13.00 at a fantastic speed of 69 km per hour on a deserted road in the direction of the restaurant, just outside the village, where we then ate very well. (PS - the car with which I was traveling makes the 80 in "before"). Despite the "aftertaste at the tax" we will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una “Perla di Borgo” bellissimo incastonato nella montagna sulle rive del Nera circondato anche dalle acque sorgive della adiacente Valcasana. Tutto ristrutturato da visitare assolutamente. Pieno di vicoli da scoprire Scheggino è perfetto per una passeggiata nel completo relax, ottimo per chi volesse fuggire dalla calura estiva. Inoltre fortuitamente ci siamo incontrati con la seconda edizione del Scheggino summer vintage '50" che ha reso il tutto ancora più magico!
A beautiful “Perla di Borgo” nestled in the mountain on the banks of the Nera river also surrounded by the spring waters of the adjacent Valcasana. All renovated to visit absolutely. Full of alleys to discover Scheggino is perfect for a walk in complete relaxation, great for those wishing to escape from the summer heat. We also accidentally met with the second edition of the Scheggino summer vintage '50 "which made everything even more magical!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipico paesino Umbro attraversato dal fiume Nera. Salendo fino in cima alla rocca si può godere di una bellissima vista. Per i più sportivi e avventurosi c'è anche un punto dove fare rafting.
Typical Umbrian village crossed by the Nera river. Going up to the top of the fortress you can enjoy a beautiful view. For the more sporty and adventurous there is also a place to go rafting.
