★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale senza mascherina, assurdo data la situazione attuale. Camerieri scortesi. Se non vi va di lavorare la domenica state a casa. Abbiamo preso 5 porzioni di carbonara ( al prezzo di 12€ l una), non si mangiava: guanciale crudo, pasta cotta non si sa in che maniera, alcuni spaghetti (nello stesso piatto) erano crudi, altri scotti.

 Staff without a mask, absurd given the current situation. Rude waiters. If you don't feel like working on Sundays, stay home. We took 5 portions of carbonara (at the price of 12 € l each), we did not eat: raw bacon, cooked pasta, we don't know how, some spaghetti (in the same dish) were raw, others overcooked.

Strangozzi al tartufo nero divini, accompagnati da ottimo vino.
La proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Uno di quei posti in cui si mangia bene spendendo il giusto.
Delicious restaurant located in the center of Piazza Garibaldi, with tables both inside and outside.
Divine black truffle strangozzi, accompanied by excellent wine.
The owner is kind and helpful.
One of those places where you eat well and spend the right amount.

Very kind staff, excellent cuisine and a welcoming place. Prices slightly more than others than other places but it is worth it for the quality and quantity of the dishes offered. The truffle-based proposals are excellent. Central location but still very convenient for parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want undercooked pasta and to pay a fee of 3 euros / person just to sit down then this is your place. In the outside menu it says that everything is included in the price - and yet they charge 3 euros ”coperto” in addition to the raw pasta. The place also looks rather untempting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was invited to go to Spoleto for a week's vacation away from work. Spoleto, although a small town, really has a beautifully romantic atmosphere. I was told to visit Il Tartufo as a great experience to try multiple truffle dishes. I was not disappointed! Each dish was amazing, with the highest quality foods and the tastiest of truffle. The hostess was very welcoming speaking not only in English but French as well. (To another couple). Not only that, but the restaurant had an amazing history which made it more attractive (I love my history – See pictures). To anyone who visits Spoleto, I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be going back and bringing others!
