★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impareggiabile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, buona la cucina e il vino, davvero belli gli impiattamenti dei dolci. Probabilmente il migliore della zona, all'altezza delle alte aspettative, 5 stelle meritate. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare i secondi e i piatti di carne, magari anche come cliente del meraviglioso hotel.
Unparalleled service, excellent value for money, good food and wine, really beautiful dessert plates. Probably the best in the area, up to high expectations, 5 stars deserved. I will definitely be back to try the main courses and meat dishes, maybe even as a customer of the wonderful hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante Francy, a Montecatini, ti accoglie con un suggestivo e panoramico vialetto che di sera si colora di blu e ti accompagna con le sue lanterne fino all'entrata. Il locale, in cui riecheggia uno spirito lievemente giapponese, è molto accogliente così come cordialmente professionale e' il personale di sala. I cibi sono cucinati con maestria creativa che però non è mai esasperata. Gli ingredienti sono freschi e di ottima qualità. Giusto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
The restaurant Francy, in Montecatini, welcomes you with a suggestive and panoramic driveway that turns blue in the evening and accompanies you with its lanterns up to the entrance. The restaurant, which echoes a slightly Japanese spirit, is very welcoming, as is the dining room staff. The foods are cooked with creative mastery but never exaggerated. The ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality. Just the quality / price ratio. I absolutely recommend it!
