★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely hotel! Everything was clean and lovely the staff was nice and helpful. The exterior of the hotel is also really pretty. The bed was great and the breakfast was delicious too, I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCREDIBLY HOT ROOMS, we called twice to have the central air turn a few degrees fresher, which was ignored (we were told it was already fresh). Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly. Pity about the temperature because everything else is very good, but sweating all night is not a restful holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bringing this grand hotel back to its original form was a monumental task and we were totally overwhelmed with the results. After years of refurbishing, the doors opened to guests early September and we were fortunate to be among the first to enjoy the hotel. Being former guests we were so pleased to see the décor remained the same but everything is “spanking” new --- the rooms are spacious and bright, the bathrooms pristine. The reception and bar area still have the old world charm but beautifully modernized. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced during our trip through Italy. Plentiful and delicious. The staff, from the reception, to the dining, to the housekeeping are exceptional. And last but not least, Gianfranco, who treated us more like family than guests and who I consider the heart of the Vittoria I send my greatest accolades. Everything was PERFECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montecatini Terme is a small and nice village with a few good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
Staff were very nice and helpful! The hotel was recently renovated so everything is still bright new. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Would highly recommend for some quiet days!
Should also visit Montecatini Alto with the funicular :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel brilliant staff who couldn't do enough for you. Great quiet location but in easy walking distance to the town centre. Meals were fabulous and my gluten free diet well catered for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff are friendly and polite. The bar is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is a plenty and good quality with waiter assisted service.
Evening meals are to a high standard with good waiter service.
There's an outdoor pool.
It's a grand old building situated on the top of a hill.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is beautifully renovated and immaculately clean, with pleasing ambience/decor. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was a stupendous array of excellent foods and the dinners were of high quality at a surprisingly modest price. The service from staff was beyond excellent and we count several of them now as friends. Highly recommend!
