★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. At any given moment there is someone available at the reception and they all speak english. Also very helpful in directing you the right way if you want to go outside of monte catini. One of the better hotels in that part of town. Swimming pool is lovely, beds are better then your average hotel bed and they clean the rooms on a daily basis. Would recommend if you are looking for a comfy affordable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for 5 days, but it was definitly one of the best services I have ever experienced. The reception man that is always there and will get up out of his bed just to help you, definitly should get a big aplause. We only needed to call him and he will always be there. This hotel really cares about their customers.
One day I had an accident and needed to go to the hospital, I called him and he immediatly send me a address, he was calling with us the whole night and sayd don't worry about the check out there wouldn't be extra costs, just rest. Next morning he immediatly asked how I feel. But this man was the whole night up for us and the next morning he was standing again by the reception, he definitly was tired but gave us the best service and earns my 5 stars! The hotel is clean
, the rooms are perfect and everyday they clean them up. The food is good and also there, they will bring you everything you need. I had a really good experience here and will definitly come back! Thank you for everything guys!
