★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no WiFi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Because of smoking being allowed near the lobby, the 2nd floor non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. The hotel staff's English needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only give one star to this nightmarish hotel chosen by our tour operator "Manessis", apparently in order to increase the profit and reduce the cost of the whole trip... With the exception of a kind old man who is a member of the staff and was sent around all evening to run errands, the rest of the staff was so rude that left us speechless. The rooms smelt horribly due to dampness which was evident only on the ceiling as they have covered the walls with fake leather wallpaper. The dead insect on the bathroom wall was collected by the chief receptionist of the evening with toilet paper in front of my eyes after I had complained about the air conditioning not cooling and the smell of dampness. The sheets were clean but you don't want to touch or sit on that bed covers. Worst hotel I have stayed at. Don't let the low cost of the rooms or the photos deceive you. Also if you are Greek, choose a different tour operator and not Manessis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old hotel, breakfast was very bad, not a lot of options at all. Very basic.
Dinner was nice however very light, and went to bed feeling hungry. Desert was tinned fruit!
Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice front foyer and staff. The dining was good and service was very good too. The beds are a bit hard though and the pillows too. Lots of stuff going on nearby, it's very close to the town center and a beautiful park!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful old hotel with nice terrace and chlorine bath. Excellent service, but very small rooms. Excellent breakfast but boring and sometimes dry bread. No scrambel eggs and bacon / sausages. Good and quiet location near city center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 4• hotel mainly I think because of the great spa and massage facilities. The hotel itself feels like a seaside resort hotel and the bedroom was very ordinary. The two pools look large in the photos but are in fact quite small and were cold in September as was the outside jacuzzi so virtually unusable. The restaurant was acceptable but not outstanding. Next time I think I would stay at one of the more luxurious 4• hotels of which there are many to choose from here and use the facilities at the thermal park that look very interesting.
