★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent personalized service from the owner. Meals were flavorful and plentiful. At one point I asked what the plate of food that was brought to a table near us. Our server, who was one of the owners, went to the kitchen, emptied the pan, and gave us the plate to consume at no charge. Price was very reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have eaten in this restaurant twice in two different years. It was consistently good. They have a very good and diverse wine list and have a good choice of typical area dishes. Many times I am not impressed by the appetizers in Italy but they have some different ones that you can choose from that are very reasonably priced and very good. Eating out in Italy has gotten very expensive over the years but this restaurant combines reasonable prices with very good typical native food. It is worth a special out of the way trip to eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has all the Piemonte classic dishes done right! Especially; riso cagnone (chessy rice), boilito (meat and offal with various dipping sauces) and bagna calda (anchovies, garlic, butter and oil fondue with veggies).
