Trattoria Grandinetti

Unfortunately I have never eaten so badly in my life. I had to send the dishes back untouched. I don't know if it was because we were on a group dinner but the food was inedible. The place is really very old and shabby. We are not quite there. - Very salty risotto and grain back in cooking - Tagliatelle overcooked and with pieces of meat stew clearly advanced and reheated several times - Watery and flavorless polenta The starters just ok.

They do not have the pos but it is not indicated at the entrance, finding out when checking in is not nice even if there are ATMs nearby. Precise green pass control, done at the table before orders. Great and plentiful food. Appetizers alone can be a dinner followed by a dessert. Sancarlin with black bread, mixed cold cuts, tartare on a bed of rocket, Russian salad, real homemade, hot caramelized apples, peppers in bagna cauda and flan. Then we dined two risottos with Maccagno, delicate, right in the proportions, and two desserts. A praise to strawberries served plain with the possibility of sugar and lemon on the side. I preferred a ball of ice cream together. Very modest bill, a bottle of Erbaluce, half of water and a coffee: 40.00 euros. Very familiar environment

Hello gentlemen, I found the Grandinetti trattoria a very pleasant place where simplicity reigns supreme in every corner and detail even on the menu. In the proposed menu you will find the dishes of the typical Piedmontese cuisine prepared with excellent hand and you can really breathe the scent of home cooking. The portions are just right and it is guaranteed that you will leave the place full and satisfied. Entering the restaurant takes a pleasant journey back in time. The atmosphere of the trattorias of the past, the two not too large rooms, simple rooms and classic furnishings, not too many tables, well laid out, a quiet environment where you can talk to those who are at the table with us without having to scream; all very pleasant as well as the service at the right times, attentive and friendly so that you can eat and savor the dishes with the right calm. The whole has its own style, no frills, correct, clean, simple and it is right and so it must remain. It is also correct to speak of the bill; also that from other times in relation to what was served to us at the table. I would have expected a lot more and deliberately I don't want to talk about figures but believe me they are very very low numbers that are difficult to find elsewhere. And do not worry if you are not presented with a menu at the table (which is present on the bulletin board outside the restaurant) with the prices because you will not be bled at the checkout. I make a clarification out of duty, namely that like the trattorias of the past there is no possibility to pay by card or debit card but it is something that you gladly do without after all. To close I want to make my personal compliments to the owner who, if I'm not mistaken, is the person who takes care of the room, whom I have really seen doing his best throughout the evening and to the staff in the kitchen, to continue to follow this line and bring to life. this nice little place in Biella for a long time to come. I can safely recommend this small and pleasant corner of Biella to friends with the certainty that they will be amazed by the unexpected magical journey through time they will experience. Excellent typical Piedmontese trattoria near the center of Biella. The place is simple and one feels at home. The menu has all the musts of typical Piedmontese cuisine, made with simple and quality ingredients. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back soon!

Очень вкусная типичная еда региона Piedmont. That is, everything you expect from the typical Piedmontese cuisine: very tasty dishes and generous portions. Simple atmosphere but nice staff. Fresh tomino with bread is great, trout that melts in your mouth and even simple savory pie can amaze. P.S .: Wait to see the appetizers and then continue with first and second courses. You don't go out with an empty stomach for sure.
