M	Mirella Brunetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo optato per il menù fisso. Cucina casalinga squisita e abbondante. Le cameriere sono gentilissime e passano per i tavoli per il bis e anche per il tris. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo We opted for the set menu. Exquisite and abundant home cooking. The waitresses are very kind and pass by the tables for an encore and also for the trio. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Bravi,lo consiglio vivamente. I had the opportunity to dine in this restaurant on the occasion of my passage during the Oropa Way .... very friendly and helpful staff, very appreciated the courses proposed.Excellent quality / price ratio. Well done, I highly recommend it.

Piatti ricercati e abbondanti ( con la possibilità di bis) personale cordiale e tanta gente all'interno di una sala storica I had the pleasure of dining there on Saturday evening as a pilgrim on the way to Oropa. Immense dinner! I never expected so much! Sophisticated and abundant dishes (with the possibility of an encore) friendly staff and lots of people in a historic room

Approvato alla grande. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super giusto a parer mio. Super nice staff. The dishes are VERY GOOD and abundant, plus the waiters went by after each course to ask if we wanted an encore. Great approved. Super fair quality / price ratio in my opinion.

I posti a sedere sono tanti e c è anche un bar con posti a sedere anche esterni. Cucina tipica Piemontese fatta molto bene. Prezzi ottimi e servizio impeccabile. Mi sono trovata benissimo quindi consiglio vivamente. The restaurant is located in a sanctuary in Graglia. From the restaurant you have a magnificent view as it is surrounded by nature. There are plenty of seats and there is also a bar with outdoor seating. Typical Piedmontese cuisine done very well. Great prices and impeccable service. I had a great time so I highly recommend.

Sicuramente raggiungerlo non è semplice ma ne vale la pena, purtroppo è poco valorizzata l'estetica esterna, se non si sa dove sia trovarlo non è semplice. Dentro la musica è tutta diversa, si ha il piacere di consumare un pasto quasi sempre tipico biellese (ottimo) in un ex locale ecclesiastico. Il cibo è più che ottimo. Piccola nota: dalle foto sembra poco ma in realtà i camerieri passavano più volte per i bis! Il menù di Santo Stefano prevedeva: -Lardo della Valle Elvo e castagne alla vaniglia -Barchetta di patate con fonduta di maccagno -Vol au Vent con crema di asparagi -Vitello tonnato -Risotto in cagnone -Agnolotti di carne alle erbe alpine -Brasato di vitello all'Erbaluce di Caluso con patate al forno - Dolce, vino, acqua e caffè Il tutto 25 euro a persona Quindi un'ottima qualità prezzo. Super consigliato +++ We had the pleasure of trying the Sanctuary Restaurant on Boxing Day. Surely reaching it is not easy but it is worth it, unfortunately the external aesthetics are not appreciated, if you do not know where it is, finding it is not easy. Inside, the music is completely different, you have the pleasure of having a meal that is almost always typical of Biella (excellent) in a former ecclesiastical place. The food is more than great. Small note: from the photos it seems little but in reality the waiters came several times for encores! The Santo Stefano menu included: - Lard from the Elvo Valley and chestnuts with vanilla - Potato bar with maccagno fondue -Vol au Vent with asparagus cream -Vitello tonnato -Risotto in cagnone -Agnolotti of meat with alpine herbs -Veal braised with Erbaluce di Caluso with baked potatoes - Dessert, wine, water and coffee All 25 euros per person So an excellent quality price.
