★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unpleasant. Given it’s a tourist spot the waiters do not like tourists and think it’s funny when serving the wrong orders. No point in politely complaining, they just laugh at you. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location just in front of the San Galgano Abbey. Typical Tuscany menu ranging from appetizers (ham, cold cuts, crostini) to pasta (pici, tagliolini) and meat. First courses were great, second ones slightly less so. Fast service, but not particularly friendly. Honest prices considering the place.
