★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was completely full and we just managed to get a table. Despite it being so busy the staff was really friendly. The garden is a nice place to sit, though it might get a bit chilly later in the evening. The food was decent, but vegetarians beware: the 'scallopino' on the daily menu can be translated into scallops and schnitzel, but is the latter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a most wonderful evening and a delicious dinner! We ordered the fish menu and the Venetian menu with a nice bottle of wine as recommended by our the owner. The food was wonderful and the service excellent! Pino is such a gentle soul and it was a pleasure to discover this place! Highly recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debated with myself between 3 and 4 stars and have gone for the lower option based on my own experience. The restaurant is lovely, very atmospheric and there’s a nice internal courtyard garden too. The staff were very friendly, although totally overwhelmed as it was very busy for them. Don’t have a problem with this, we could see it was busy and didn’t mind waiting a bit - however the waitress started to complain about how stressed and tired she was which, although understandable, made us feel a bit unwelcome. The main reason for my 3 star review is that we ordered the Prawns in oil and lemon as a starter. This was essentially a plate of plain, shelled prawns, with a piece of lemon on the side for the outrageous price of 18€. Do not order this starter expecting a lovely prawns in sauce dish as we did, you will be disappointed. As for the main courses, we had spaghetti with clams and it was lovely but nothing particularly special considering the price. If you’re looking for a fancy dinner in a nice place, make sure to reserve and I’m sure you’ll have a nice time but it was not for us this time unfortunately.
