Il ristorante ha una grande veranda esterna, ottima per le cene estive. Adatta ad accogliere grandi gruppi
La pizza romana croccante e ben condita, cotta a forno a legna. Per antipasto la mozzarella di bufala freschissima, il prosciutto ben stagionato e di alta qualità. C'è una bella scelta di carne da fare sulla griglia.
Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta della cena.

The crispy and well-seasoned Roman pizza, cooked in a wood oven. For starters, the fresh buffalo mozzarella, the well-seasoned and high-quality ham. There is a nice choice of meat to make on the grill.
Overall I am very happy with the dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante sulla via Flaminia al Labaro, dove si possono gustare a prezzi onesti piatti tipici della tradizione romanesca (amatriciane, carbonare, etc) preparati a regola d'arte (il titolare è di Amatrice) e carni alla griglia a vista davvero buone. Ottimo l'antipasto di fagioli con cotiche, verdure grigliate, salumi e bruschetta. Buono il vino Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, molto cordiale il servizio e rispettoso delle regole (controllano immediatamente controllato il green pass, bravi). Tornerò senz'altro.
Excellent restaurant on the Via Flaminia al Labaro, where you can taste at fair prices typical dishes of the Roman tradition (amatriciane, carbonare, etc.) prepared to perfection (the owner is from Amatrice) and really good grilled meats on sight. The bean appetizer with pork rinds, grilled vegetables, salami and bruschetta are excellent. Good Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine, very friendly service and respectful of the rules (check immediately checked the green pass, good). I will definitely be back.
