★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting pizzeria, on the corner of a quiet street; in a suburb of Rome. The staff are all very catering, and have menus in both Italian and English. The pizzas are all made fresh and cooked in a large wood fired pizza oven, just behind the main counter. We had the "shredded horse" pizza, which was divine.
Mama's is well worth a visit, if you're around the Rome area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much for your efficient friendly and wonderful staff. Food was amazing. Authentic pizzas were delightful. Mamas was our favourite resturant in all of Italy. Thank you to the wonderful owner that graciously gave me a lift home and to the English speaking waitress. All went above their service. Highly recommend to anyone. Worth a drive out of the inner city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here every Friday night! My whole family love their pizza, and not only, their menu change a bit depending on a season and it's always delicious! The staff are a very pleasant and professional, the place is very cosy, clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried over 8 pizzas in Rome and mama's special pizza is by far the best pizza in Rome and the best I've ever had! The menu was all in Italian but one of the staff, I think was the owner, was very helpful and helped us choose and told us what everything was. Excellent value for money as it completely filled me up and that takes a lot! Defiantly not to be missed if in the area and you want a real Italian experience without going into the center.
