Chi è di Roma sa che è inutile andare a Trastevere per ritrovare la vera trattoria romana, che non è un menu ma un mondo, dove si mangiano piatti semplici e tutti molto gustosi e abbondanti, dove la qualità e il costo sono "di casa", dove clienti e gestori si conoscono tutti e quando entri sei subito dentro quella che ti sembra un'allegra famiglia che si ritrova a pranzo per mangiare insieme
Nella foto: pasta coi legumi (la pasta, come si usa a Roma, è "riposata"), coratella con carciofi, fagioli con le cotiche (mai mangiate così tenere, un buro!) e puntarelle (condite con acciughe + capperi e avocado). Cosa volere di più?!?
Unmissable. Those from Rome know that it is useless to go to Trastevere to find the real Roman trattoria, which is not a menu but a world, where you eat simple dishes and all very tasty and abundant, where quality and cost are "at home" , where customers and managers all know each other and when you enter you are immediately inside what seems to you a cheerful family that meets for lunch to eat together
In the photo: pasta with legumes (pasta, as it is used in Rome, is "rested"), offal with artichokes, beans with pork rinds (never eaten so tender, a buro!) And chicory (seasoned with anchovies + capers and avocado ). What more could you want?!?
