★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza rossa è sempre cotta con molto olio.Cosi non si riesce a gustare bene il pomodoro. Il pane a lievitazione naturale non è fatto bene, secco, non lievitato bene, l' impasto non è morbido come dovrebbe essere.
The red pizza is always cooked with a lot of oil, so it is not possible to taste the tomato well. Naturally leavened bread is not well done, dry, not well leavened, the dough is not as soft as it should be.

Mi piacciono molto anche vari panini con le miscele di farine diversi.
