★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa. Ho acquistato merce di piccola taglia per una sessantina di euro. La spedizione, prevista dal venditore come posta prioritaria, non mi è mai arrivata. Ho segnalato la cosa e mi è stato risposto che a loro risulta consegnata (n.b. la posta prioritaria non prevede la firma di ricevuta del destinatario). Ho insistito richiedendo un qualche rimborso, ma niente. A differenza di altri negozi online il venditore non ha previsto nè una spedizione sicura, nè un'assicurazione di qualche genere per far fronte a questi disguidi. In sintesi se vi mandano la merce con posta prioritaria e il pacco si disperde ci rimettete insidacabilmente voi.
Unfortunately negative experience. I purchased goods Small for sixty euro. The shipment, provided by the seller as priority mail, has never arrived. I reported the matter and was told that it was delivered to them (n.b. the priority mail does not include the signature of the recipient's receipt). I insisted on calling some money back, but nothing. Unlike other online stores, the seller has neither provided for safe delivery, nor insurance of any kind to deal with these problems. In summary, if they send you the goods by priority mail and the package is dispersed, you can be relieved.
