★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso troppo poco professionali, ho trovato la signora che mi ha servito essere veramente molto sgarbata con me e con i clienti che avevo davanti e sbrigativa con aria di sufficienza. Per quello che riguarda il negozio invece, arrivata a casa dopo aver acquistato la mia chitarra ho scoperto con meraviglia che su altri negozi il prezzo (del mio stesso identico modello) era nettamente inferiore rispetto a quello che mi avevano fatto pagare.
Negozio NON consigliato
In my opinion too unprofessional, I found the lady who served me to be really very rude to me and to the clients I had in front of me and briskly. For what concerns the shop instead, having arrived home after buying my guitar, I discovered with amazement that on other stores the price (of my exact same model) was much lower than the one they had made me pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dire sulla vendita anzi stra consiglio l'esperienza dei rivenditori nel consigliare gli strumenti migliori, ma è un peccato che non ritirino l'usato anche solo da mettere in conto vendita.
I can not say about the sale, indeed I recommend the experience of the dealers in recommending the best tools, but it is a pity that they do not collect the used equipment even just to be put on consignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo rapporto con i clienti da parte della signora al servizio, al limite della scortesia. Prezzi ben sopra la media almeno per quanto riguarda gli strumenti ed accessori. È un negozio storico di Biella ma sinceramente non lo consiglio se non per necessità impellenti.
Bad relationship with customers by the lady at the service, bordering on rudeness. Prices well above average at least as regards the tools and accessories. It is a historic shop in Biella but honestly I do not recommend it except for urgent needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too big, but it seems it has all about musical instruments and music.
We asked about a piano, and we are still waiting for hot phone call, that should have come 10 days after our visit to the store. Probably today 3 weeks are passed by.
It is ok, we are looking around for alternatives.
We found this shop adequate, still not sure how knowledge they are, but we visited once for 5 minutes.
