Per scusarsi mi hanno dato un buono di 25€ che ho scalato dall'acquisto di una batteria elettronica Korg, pagata per nuova e ricevuta usata. A questo punto l'ho mandata indietro pretendendo un prodotto nuovo... Oggi mi è arrivata la sostituzione, con un'altra Korg usata!!! Pessimi, non comprerò mai più nulla da loro. I bought a Pioneer DJ turntable in October, paid for new and received used. To apologize, they gave me a € 25 coupon that I deducted from the purchase of a Korg electronic drum kit, paid for new and used receipt. At this point I sent it back demanding a new product ... Today I got the replacement, with another used Korg !!! Bad, I will never buy anything from them again.

Nulla di strano, si tratta di una pratica consueta e nella richiesta era anche specificato che il giudizio doveva essere obiettivo ed imparziale. La cosa non corretta è che a fronte della mia recensione, pubblicata in data 10/1, non mi sia mai stato inviato alcun buono sconto, anche dopo averlo esplicitamente sollecitato con mail del 17/1 tuttora in attesa di riscontro. Incorrect dealer. On 3/1 he asked me for a review in Feedaty for a newly purchased product, in exchange for a discount coupon. Nothing strange, it is a usual practice and in the request it was also specified that the judgment had to be objective and impartial. The incorrect thing is that in the face of my review, published on 10/1, I have never been sent any discount coupons, even after having explicitly requested it with an email dated 17/1 still awaiting feedback.
