Avevo anche letto varie critiche ma io non ho riscontrato nessun problema, tranne che sono chiusi di mattina, ma magari la sera suonano e la mattina se possono dormono beati loro!

β β β β β Meno male che no ho dato troppo peso alle recensioni negative che avevo visto su internet - sono entrato con l'idea di provare lo strumento e poi di comprarlo on line da privato ad un prezzo inferiore, e invece sono uscito contento e con il mio basso Godin usato sotto braccio - strumento usato tenuto in maniera maniacale dal precedente proprietario, sembrava nuovo - sul prezzo il Moreno no ha ceduto neanche di un centesimo, ma considerato che io ero entrato con l'intento di provarlo e basta ha fatto bene. Mi sono trovato molto bene e sicuramente tornerΓ², nonostante per me non sia proprio dietro l'angolo.

β β β β β Sconsigliatissimo. Non tutti gli strumenti sono in condizioni ottimali e proprietario maleducato.
Le descrizioni degli strumenti non corrispondono alla realtΓ ed essi sono in condizioni decisamente peggiori di quelle descritte sul sito.
Il proprietario, oltre a non conoscere nemmeno i prodotti che vende e i rispettivi prezzi, si mette a parlare con altri clienti quando gli vengono fatte domande, non sa cosa consigliare alcun prodotto ai clienti, e dΓ risposte tipo "Cosa vuoi che ti consigli?". Anche le risposte alle mail pessime e del tutto incomplete.
Do una sola stella perchΓ© mi sono trovato veramente male, e sconsiglio a chiunque questo negozio
Not recommended. Not all tools are in top condition and rude owner.
The descriptions of the tools do not correspond to reality and they are in much worse condition than those described on the site.
The owner, in addition to not even knowing the products he sells and the respective prices, starts talking to other customers when asked questions, does not know what to recommend any product to customers, and gives answers like "What do you want me to recommend?" . Even the replies to bad and completely incomplete emails.
I give a single star because I found myself really bad, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone

Felicissimo (la sto cercando da un casino) chiamo in negozio per chiedere ulteriori info, foto, difetti, stato delle meccaniche.. insomma cose normali!
Risposte scortesissime, scazzate come se mi stesse facendo un piacere gratis.
Provo a instradare il discorso in in altra maniera dicendo che domandare Γ¨ lecito, specialmente se un prodotto Γ¨ usato e ne approfitto per parlare del prezzo e se fosse possibile trovare un compromesso scendendo un poβ dato che nuova, la Player Mexican, costa 659.
Risposta: ASSOLUTAMENTE NO.
Morale: volevo comprare davvero e sarei stato anche disposto a spendere tutti i 600 euro nonostante rimanga comunque esagerato.
Eh invece no, maleducati e scortesi. In linea con gli altri commenti.

β β β β β Sono entrato e mi sono sentito di troppo, perchΓ© Moreno era da solo con un cliente (si puΓ² entrare solo 1 persona alla volta). Vende soprattutto articoli usati: quindi non puΓ² dire cosa gli arrivi da qui a 2/3 settimane. Alla fine sono andato da un suo concorrente per fare gli acquisti: dal suo concorrente ho potuto vedere in anticipo gli articoli da provare in negozio per poi scegliere l'acquisto.. invece qui mi sono sentito un incomodo (posto piccolo, ma zeppo di articoli con "non toccare" ovunque). Eppure mi veniva comodo perchΓ© vicino casa.. e invece mi sono fatto altri 20km. Non tornerΓ².
I went in and I felt too much, because Moreno was alone with a client (only 1 person can enter at a time). He mainly sells used items: so he can't say what's coming to him in 2/3 weeks from now. In the end I went to one of his competitors to make purchases: from his competitor I was able to see in advance the items to try in the store and then choose the purchase .. but here I felt uncomfortable (small place, but full of articles with "do not touch" everywhere). Yet it was convenient for me because it was close to home .. and instead I did another 20km. I will not return.
