S	Stefania Canton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci andate attenzione a mettervi due mascherine una per voi e una per loro dpcm non rispettati assembramenti senza protezioni dipendenti che tengono mascherina sul mento e neanche se glielo chiedi la tirano su dipendenti addirittura senza esserne muniti, una vergogna dopo un lockdown come quello che abbiamo passato non si rispettano le regole basi e non si usa il buon senso. Vergognatevi If you go there be careful to put two masks one for you and one for them dpcm not respected gatherings without employee protections that keep mask on the chin and even if you ask them they bring it up even without being armed, a shame after a lockdown like what we have in the past the basic rules are not respected and common sense is not used. Meglio perderli che trovarli. Oggi siamo stati serviti da un commesso impertinente, maleducato, irrispettoso ed assolutamente non professionale. Non solo non ci ha seguiti ed aiutati nella nostra richiesta... una semplice valvola monotubo ma ci ha pure preso in giro letteralmente deridendoci perché non essendo del settore non avevamo usato il termine giusto!!!! Non ho mai conosciuto una persona simile che non solo non ci ha fatto parlare per spiegare la nostra richiesta ma in maniera ripeto maleducata ci ha detto che il reso era impossibile in caso di acquisto sbagliato ( anche se previsto dalla normativa vigente) perché dovevamo chiamarlo prima di recarci in negozio.... mah... in genere prima di andare a comparare un oggetto qualsiasi non è che chiamo per informare che sto arrivando e di cosa ho bisogno altrimenti lo acquisto online... rivedrei non solo il servizio mettendo delle persone che sappiano fare il proprio lavoro ma soprattutto persone in grado di comunicare con la clientela. Assolutamente non consigliato!!! I wanted to put zero but you can't therefore put me to put 1 but it is absolutely not deserved. Today we were served by an impertinent, rude, disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional salesman. Not only did he not follow us and help us in our request ... a simple single-pipe valve but he also literally teased us out of derision because we were not using the right term because we were not from the sector !!!! I never knew such a person who not only did she not speak to explain our request but in a repeat rude told us that the return was impossible in case of bad purchase (even if required by law) because we had to call him before to bring us into the store .... mah ... usually before going to compare any object is not I call to inform that I am coming and what I need ... otherwise the online rivedrei not only the service of putting people who know how to do their job but above all people who can communicate with customers. Absolutely not recommended !!!

La signora Alessandra, molto brava a vendere, ci ha anche consigliato bene, ma non basta cara signora! Abbiamo visitato il negozio, ci ha inviato il preventivo, per confermare l'ordine abbiamo dovuto cercarla per giorni e giorni, neanche ce lo dovesse regalare il mobile bagno! Ci chiamati per fare il bonifico con l'importo totale! 3700 euro!....e poi è sparita!! L'ordine lo abbiamo confermato a fine giugno, al rientro dalle ferie questa non si fa piu sentire, allora abbiamo cominciato a cercarla al telefono( non c'era mai o doveva tornare di lì a poco) abbiamo mandato mail e messaggi in segreteria, ma niente! Il nulla! Finché mi sono incazzata e ho cominciato a tempestarli di telefonate, dal magazzino all'ufficio amministrativo , minacciandoli di sporgere denuncia, finché una signora si è prodigata a farmi arrivare il mio mobile dopo 2 giorni, tra l'altro di scarsa qualità! Concludo facendo i miei complimenti per trattamento che ci hanno riservato.....vergognatevi! And since I do not answer the phone, who knows what I read here !! I conclude by paying my compliments for the treatment they have given us ..... be ashamed!
E	Eleonora Sponchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cercato per un mese di acquistare delle piastrelle, a dir la verità l'ordine da parte mia era stato effettuato, quindi diciamo che eravamo in attesa della piastrelle per poi scoprire che in realtà l' ordine non era mai partito. Alla fine, con ormai l'acqua alla gola per i tempi strettissimi ci siamo dovuti rivolgere altrove. Incredible, in vita mia mai ho dovuto rincorrere qualcuno per cercare di comprargli qualcosa! We tried for a month to buy some tiles, to tell the truth the order from my side had been placed, so let's say we were waiting for the tiles only to discover that in reality the order had never left. In the end, with the water in our throats for the very short time we had to turn elsewhere. Incredible, in my life I have never had to chase someone to try to buy them something!
