★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno il giorno 12 agosto mi sono recato alle 8 di mattina per una semplice rottura di un raccordo dell'acqua e alle 9.30 si presenta, dopo mia insistenza un personaggio dicendomi che era il responsabile dell'officina camper. Per verificare il mio problema. Dopo 10 minuti non aveva ancora capito il problema e mi diceva che doveva andare a fare una riparazione in un campeggio e mi avrebbe risolto il problema nel pomeriggio. Poco distante ho trovato un negozio di nautica che vendeva il raccordo che mi interessava e me lo sono sostituito io, da solo. Un posto così è da dimenticare. Se avete un problema cercate di non andare da loro, si vendono come professionisti di camper, ma nemmeno come professionisti di carretti da mercato...... Una delusione totale all'inizio della nostra vacanza.

To verify my problem. After 10 minutes he still didn't understand the problem and told me he had to go for a repair at a campsite and he would fix it in the afternoon. Not far away I found a nautical shop that was selling the fitting that interested me and I replaced it myself. A place like this is to be forgotten. If you have a problem try not to go to them, they sell themselves as camper professionals, but not even as market cart professionals ... A total disappointment at the start of our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo l'anno scorso gli ho portato un camper da fare vedere che mi spegneva gli ho sempre detto fatemi sapere cosa ha e quanto spendo oltre ad averlo tenuto un mese mi è stato sempre detto non ti preoccupare sul prezzo alla fine mi è arrivato un conto da 1700 euro

Puis ils m'ont aussi trouvé un embout pour le gaz, bouteille italienne vers mon CC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto di non essere mai stato da questo concessionario, tuttavia vedendo sul loro sito internet che avevano in vendita degli usati, decido di chiamare per prendere informazioni ed eventualmente appuntamento per un camper usato che mi interessava. La centralinista gentilissima, dopo aver sentito per il mezzo in questione dal referente, mi risponde che è stato venduto e che il sito internet non era aggiornato. Pazienza mi dico, cose che capitano, il fatto è che dopo diversi mesi vado a riguardare il sito e non è cambiato nulla: il camper venduto che mi interessava è ancora li esposto. Possibile che in tutto questo tempo non abbiano trovato 5 minuti per aggiornare il sito??? Oppure sono tutti specchietti per la allodole? Questo modo di lavorare dal mio punto di vista è poco professionale. Ognuno tragga le conclusioni che preferisce

The very kind switchboard operator, after having heard from the contact person for the vehicle in question, replies that it has been sold and that the website was not updated. Patience I tell myself, things that happen, the fact is that after several months I go to look at the site and nothing has changed: the motorhome sold that I was interested in is still on display there. Is it possible that in all this time they have not found 5 minutes to update the site ??? Or are they all red herrings? This way of working from my point of view is unprofessional. Everyone draw the conclusions they prefer
