★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci hanno voluto consegnare la macchina per problemi con la carta di credito e ci hanno assicurato che avremmo potuto annullare la prenotazione tramite Expedia. Allora abbiamo aperto la pratica ma Expedia ci comunica dopo una settimana che loro non si sono degnati di rispondere e di confermare la situazione. Allora chiamo l’agenzia budget e mi risponde la stessa persona che mi aveva assicurato che avrei potuto cancellare la prenotazione facendo finta di non essere lui e di non sapere nulla a riguardo, rispondendo con sgarbatezza e menefreghismo staccando subito la chiamata.

They refused to hand over the car for credit card issues and assured us that we could cancel our booking through Expedia. So we opened the case but Expedia informs us after a week that they did not deign to respond and confirm the situation. So I call the budget agency and the same person who assured me that I could cancel the reservation, pretending not to be him and not knowing anything about it, answers me with rudeness and indifference, immediately disconnecting the call.
