β β β β β Personnel very friendly. Car was clean and smelled good. If you are 5th in the line, you will probably wait some time, because many customers come unprepared having a lot of questions. But not more than Sicilian standard. There is Locauto app, with which you can skip the queue.

β β β β β Be careful!! Bunch of fu*king thieves! First, They don't accept the full insurance from the car rental server. For these cases there is a very pushy 'lady' which is trying to sell you 208eur/week insurance + 3eur/day car assistance. She tells you that you have to pay them 1600 EUR like 50times. You have to reject 6x times before the car check in. Check your car from below and don't rush your inspection. They will try to hurry up this step! Don't let them! During the car check out, they will find a small scratch on the plastic below the car for 200 EUR. No invoice, no EN description, nothing.. Just pay and go! Never more. Sicilian mops are hidden in car rentals these days.

Hi, I am writing to you because I rented a car with you At Palermo AirPort. The car was broke down it dos not start, it and left me without transportation in the middle of the street, under the sun with my baby, my pregnant wife and my old mother. I decided to call to notify 10:55 am and roadside assistance picked up the car at 12:48 pm. I was expwcting for the car to be replaced and it never happened. The Top Truck Lecturer me in the Middel of the atraer without car and with a y Information on what i should do. I had to called them again and they notified me that they did not have staff to bring the new car to me and told me that i had to Pick up a taxi to pick up the new car at Trapani AirPort and that you would refund the costs of the taxi. so I did, and at 5:00 pm I got the car replacement, with Franchesca worst service Ever. I lost a whole day and now no one wants to answer for my nightmare. I expecte you to at least refund me the cost of the taxi but really i should be compensated in some way for the bad service i have received and for loosing a whole day of my familiy vacation because you didt had the staff or the porper mesures for dealing with this kind of situations.
I Need to have a answer on this Matter as soon as possible.
