A l’aéroport ils m'ont fait signer un contrat vierge, personne pour faire le tour du véhicule, et à la restitution au centre ville on m'a facturé 260€ pour une vieille rayure qui était déjà là. Laxisme ou arnaque bien rodée, dans tous les cas, évitez Avis ! Run away ! I was scammed 260 € in this agency. At the airport they made me sign a blank contract, no one to go around the vehicle, and at restitution in the city center I was charged 260 € for an old scratch that was already there. Lax or scam well done, in any case, avoid Avis!
P	Paolo G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare. Ho prenotato la vettura con l'opzione di un seggiolino per bambini fino ad un anno. All'arrivo all'aeroporto, in tarda serata, dopo aver atteso il mio turno ci sono volute quasi due ore per prendere la macchina prenotata, attesa dovuta anche dal fatto che il seggiolino rimediato non era quello richiesto ma per bambini oltre l'anno. E' inconcepibile che per una vettura già pronta perchè prenotata si debba attendere cosi tanto tempo. L'addetta mi inseriva nel contratto l opzione pieno che consiste nel addebitare un pieno di carburante che eventualmente viene stornato (a suo dire) se la vettura viene restituita con il pieno. Questa cosa ovviamente non è accaduta, ho restituito con il pieno ma non hanno scalato nulla. Ho fatto presente tramite email all'Avis che mi ha risposto che hanno rilevato 7/8 sul serbatoio e che devo fornire lo scontrino del rifornimento che ovviamente non ho. Comunque non utilizzate avis trapani, se siete costretti verificate tutto con molta accortezza, fotografate tutto, non vi fidate di nulla. Se potete prendete un'altra agenzia. To avoid. It is inconceivable that for a car that is ready because it has been booked, one must wait so long. The assistant included the full option in the contract, which consists in charging a full tank of fuel which, if you wish, is reversed if the car is returned with a full tank. This thing obviously did not happen, I returned with full tank but they did not climb anything. I pointed out by email to Avis that replied that they detected 7/8 on the tank and that I must provide the receipt for the refueling which obviously I do not have. However do not use avis drills, if you are forced to check everything with great care, photograph everything, do not trust anything. If you can take another agency.

Sembrato di aver a che fare con il gatto e la volpe....... Rental agency to AVOID, car not delivered with full tank, and obviously to be returned with full tank, as reported by other reviews, rental cost for an additional day increased compared to the previous two days (please advise before the extra day) without give reasons. Seemed to be dealing with the cat and the fox .......
F	Francesca Familio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e mancanza di rispetto per il cliente: auto prenotata con largo anticipo per il ritiro alle ore 14; abbiamo eseguito il check in online due giorni prima del ritiro ma il giorno prestabilito alle 14 non c'era alcun addetto in postazione, pertanto chiamiamo il numero di riferimento e ci rispondono con tono sgarbato di aver avuto un problema e che sarebbero arrivati dopo 20 minuti, mezz'ora, senza alcuna scusa e anche infastiditi dalle domande a riguardo. Di fatto abbiamo ricevuto le chiavi alle 14:30, con l'addetto che continuava a ripetere che non si trattava di un ritardo di ore quindi a suo dire non c'era alcun problema. L'auto inoltre era sporca dentro e fuori Unfriendliness and disrespect for the customer: car booked well in advance for collection at 2 pm; we checked in online two days before collection but on the scheduled day at 2 pm there was no employee at the station, so we call the reference number and they answer us in a rude tone that they have had a problem and that they would arrive after 20 minutes , half an hour, without any excuse and even bothered by questions about it. In fact we received the keys at 2:30 pm, with the clerk repeating that it was not a delay of hours so he said there was no problem. The car was also dirty inside and out

R	Radek Krotil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam! Despite returning the car with full tank, Avis charged my credit card for a refuelling more than 2 months (!!!) after returning the car. Avis staff assured me on return that "everything is just fine" and there will be no problems. Additionally, the car tank was not really full-full when picking it up and we got completely different car (SUV) than booked (wagon). Make sure to get a solid evidence of the car both on pickup and return to make your case.
