★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun controllo del green pass ma cosa ancora peggiore il servizio ai tavoli da parte del proprietario è avvenuto senza l'uso della mascherina, anche la cuoca era senza mascherina. Quando siamo arrivati non c'è stata una buona accoglienza, personale poco gentile. Chi entra con cani al seguito viene fatto accomodare nell'area meno carina del rifugio insieme ad altri padroni con annessi cani, questo può causare problemi tra cani che altrimenti, stando in tavoli separati, non si verificherebbero. Il proprietario ha insistito affinché pagasse una persona per tutti creando disagio e mantenendo un modo di fare indisponente. Di positivo resta il fatto non trascurabile che si mangi bene e che il rifugio abbia una bella vista sul panorama. L'interno del rifugio è esteticamente carino, curato e pulito.
 No control of the green pass but even worse, the table service by the owner took place without the use of a mask, even the cook was without a mask. When we arrived there was no good reception, unfriendly staff. Those who enter with dogs are made to sit in the less nice area of the shelter together with other owners with attached dogs, this can cause problems between dogs that otherwise, staying in separate tables, would not occur. The owner insisted that he pay one person for all, creating discomfort and maintaining an irritating way of doing things. On the positive side, the not inconsiderable fact remains that you eat well and that the refuge has a beautiful view of the landscape. The interior of the shelter is aesthetically nice, neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Beautiful location, at the base of Grignetta where chickens do actually cross the road. A great family establishment and well positioned for exploring the mountain.. Negative: Just beware, if you book here and plan to use public transport, there are only TWO BUSES a day that go from Lenno (hospital, NOT train station) up to Resinelli (circa 9am and 5pm)..
