È abbastanza ripida la salita per arrivare e, anche se il sentiero non è largo, non presenta pericoli o particolari difficoltà: è tenuto molto bene! ATTENZIONE che nel baitello è vietato dormire! Stunning place! The climb to get there is quite steep and, even if the path is not wide, it presents no dangers or particular difficulties: it is very well maintained! ATTENTION that sleeping in the baitello is prohibited!

Struttura ben tenuta dalla gente del posto. Excellent point of arrival for a walk starting from the square of Rongio. Possibility of returning from another path. Great view. Le persone che erano li non sono state molto cortesi nei nostri confronti anzi sembravano infastiditi dalla nostra presenza (eravamo in 6 persone). Ci risulta che sia i bivacchi sia i sentieri di montagna siano liberi e aperti a tutti, se così non fosse si dovrebbe mettere un cartello con scritto proprietà privata. L'area è comunque tenuta bene e pulita e si gode di un bel panorama. We did not understand if the bivouac is open to everyone or if it is a private area for exclusive use. The people who were there weren't very courteous towards us, on the contrary they seemed bothered by our presence (we were 6 people). We understand that both the bivouacs and the mountain paths are free and open to all, if not, a sign with private property should be put up. The area is in any case kept well and clean and offers a beautiful view.

D	Daniele Lobuono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo punto panoramico, peccato che fosse chiuso il bivacco. Sentiero ripido in certi punti, con qualche strapiombo. Tutto sommato adatto a tutte le persone con una minima esperienza. Excellent viewpoint, too bad the bivouac was closed. Steep path in some points, with some overhangs. All in all suitable for all people with minimal experience.

Poi se volete andate avanti fino al Rifugio Rosalba ma ci vogliono gambe, polmoni e tempo data la lunghezza let's go over Mandello with the old CAI path 13 from Rongio in a couple of hours to this beautiful panoramic clearing on the lake on the opposite shore the Val Meira and the Sasso Cavallo. Then if you want to go on up to the Rosalba Refuge but it takes legs, lungs and time given the length

Il posto è però molto bello con vista splendida su Grigna e lago. Ci sono comode panche e tavoli per pic nic. Molto frequentato The baitello is only accessible when there are managers present. You cannot stay overnight there. However, the place is very beautiful with a splendid view of Grigna and the lake. There are comfortable benches and picnic tables. Very popular
