Buona la polenta e anche la carne con lo speck avvolto sopra. Buoni anche i dolci. Excellent compromise between quality and price. Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene, la pasta forse non era adatta al tipo di ragù, però tutto sommato abbiamo pranzato bene e velocemente. I prezzi sono ragionevoli, e il personale disponibile. Ma guardiamo gli aspetti positivi: abbondanti parcheggi ci portano a raggiungere il rifugio, ed è facile dimenticare subito l'esterno ed abbandonarsi al cibo ed al vino. Detto in altre parole: ottimo cibo, servizio presente e non invadente, porzioni abbondanti, qualità superior, costi molto ridotti. Senz'altro da tornarci! The location, on the outside, is unfortunately ruined by a questionable construction, a skyscraper of over 10 floors. A	Angelo Carlino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In buona compagnia decidemmo a andare a fare un giro nel parco Valentino ai Resinelli per ammirare il panorama dalla passerella sporgente sul vuoto al mirador dei laghi sottostanti di Lecco, e come al solito, a me resta il compito di decidere dove trattenersi per il pranzo. Dopo aver sentito i vari locali cosa proponevano ho optato per il rifugio SEL. Avevo parlato con Fabio e mi aveva spiegato cosa proponeva come menù, subito a tato mi è sembrato persona competente, simpatica e prenoto. Nel frattempo, da quello che avevo capito mi ero reso conto che Fabio era uno Chef di alto rango nel settore. Lo ricordavo da quando era un ragazzo al “Porticiolo” negli anni, fine 80/90 e quanti altri locali con dedizione aveva gestito. La scelta è stata OTTIMA e lo ha confermato il menù di quel che abbiamo assaporato, buoni primi e ben curato i secondi. Lo staff: da ELI a Luca e Michel che ci hanno serviti ha arricchito il pranzo, personale sorridente, professionale, gentili e pazienti, attenti alle esigenze allo stesso tempo. Erano anni che non tornavamo ai Piani, adesso un motivo in più di ritornarci appena possibile per gustare altri dei suoi buoni piatti. Complimenti a tutti, mantenete questa linea che è vincente. In good company we decided to go for a ride in the Valentino ai Resinelli park to admire the view from the walkway protruding over the void to the mirador of the lakes below in Lecco, and as usual, it remains for me to decide where to stay for lunch. After hearing what the various locals were proposing, I opted for the SEL refuge. I had talked to Fabio and he had explained to me what he offered as a menu, immediately at tato he seemed to me to be competent, nice and I book. In the meantime, from what I understood, I realized that Fabio was a high-ranking chef in the sector. I remembered him from when he was a boy at the “Porticiolo” in the late 80s / 90s and how many other places he had managed with dedication. The choice was EXCELLENT and confirmed by the menu of what we tasted, good first courses and well cared for second courses. The staff: from ELI to Luca and Michel who served us enriched the lunch, smiling, professional, kind and patient staff, attentive to needs at the same time. We hadn't been back to Piani for years, now one more reason to come back as soon as possible to taste more of his good dishes. Congratulations to all, keep this line that is winning.

Abbiamo pranzato fuori perché l'interno era pieno consiglio la prenotazione ma noi siamo stati benissimo, si sceglie dal menù si ordina e si pranza con il vassoio comodamente seduti e con una vista fantastica! Tutto delizioso dai tagliolini con funghi bresaola e tartufo ,alla carne che si scioglie in bocca! Prezzo più che adeguato!
