Il rifugio è molto curato e pulito, la cucina con prodotti locali è buonissima ed i gestori sono gentili e disponibili. Consiglio a tutti di fare una notte (in settimana) in questo posto per goderci la tranquillità e la bellezza del posto! L unica cosa da migliorare sarebbe di aggiungiere una tenda oscurante alla finestra che non ha le persiane per evitare il risveglio al alba... We came to sleep in the summer and it was a fantastic experience! The refuge is very nice and clean, the kitchen with local products is very good and the managers are kind and helpful. I recommend everyone to take a night (during the week) in this place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the place! The only thing to improve would be to add a blackout curtain to the window that has no shutters to avoid waking up at dawn ...
C	Carmen Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più - ci abbiamo mangiato oggi e non ripeteremo di certo l'esperienza. Abbiamo fatto un'ora abbondante di coda per mangiare. Ci ha tratto in inganno la presenza di pochissima gente in coda, abbiamo scoperto poi che era una coda lentissima perché c'è pochissimo personale, una signora anziana e un paio di persone che non mi sono parse di professione. Di domenica con un tempo splendido e un pienone di gente ci vuol veramente poco a organizzarsi meglio. Piatti: polenta con brasato (freddo), pasta col ragù (poco e neanche tanto fresco), crostata (piccolina ma buona, nel bar a valle della funivia le fette sono il doppio, il prezzo però era uguale). È difficile trovare un ristorante che sappia cucinare bene il capriolo,si scioglieva in bocca),vino,acqua e 2 caffè spendendo meno di 50€. Locale pulito, noi però abbiamo preferito stare fuori sui tavoli esterni per godere del panorama. Mi dispiace per chi ha scritto che il cibo era freddo,il nostro era caldo... noi ritorneremo di sicuro. Personale gentile e premuroso. Esteticamente il rifugio è molto carino, funge a che da noleggio ?, ? ecc. Il personale, nonostante il gran numero di persone ed il fatto che stessero correndo da una parte all'altra è stato cordiale. I piatti che vedevo passare sembravano invitanti ma ovviamente non posso esprimermi su quello, proverò qualche altra volta The review is based not on food, since I didn't eat there, I was there to get drinks. Errori di comanda e piatti che non arrivano svaniti nel nulla. La signora alla cassa non è capace nemmeno di battere uno scontrino di 2 panini e 1 birra. Lentezza inadeguata. Mai visto tanta incapacità di gestione in una giornata desolata con gli impianti chiusi. Sembra gente che non ha mai lavorato nella ristorazione. Penso che personale così impreparato non debba gestire luoghi di ristorazione. Mi spiace non è cattiveria ma la ristorazione è una cosa seria e se non sei capace lascia perdere. Ripeto molto gentili ma non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio. Kind and helpful but unable to manage a total of 30 people in the whole structure. Waiting of 1 hour for dishes already available. Never seen so much management inability on a desolate day with the plants closed. They look like people who have never worked in catering before. I think that such unprepared staff does not have to manage catering places. I'm sorry it's not bad but catering is a serious matter and if you are not able, forget it. I repeat very kind but I will not return and I do not recommend it.

Penso di aver assaggiato la peggior polenta della mia vita e, per non farsi mancare nulla, non ho mai visto tanta maleducazione da parte di un “ristoratore”. Il peggior posto in cui sia mai stato. Consiglio a chiunque di mangiare prima di salire ai piani oppure di cercare prenotare dagli altri rifugi a disposizione. Voto zero. My friends and I only had lunch (thankfully) and, in hindsight, we would have preferred to stay fast. Poor quality, worse service. I think I have tasted the worst polenta of my life and, in order not to miss anything, I have never seen such rudeness on the part of a "restaurateur". Worst place I've ever been. I recommend anyone to eat before going up to the floors or to try to book from the other huts available. Zero rating.
R	Roberto Barcy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bellissimo altopiano dove fare sport sia in estate che in inverno Il cibo è tipico degli alpeggi di montagna con selvaggina e polenta (buonissima e in diverse versioni) c'è il wifi e sono anche a disposizione 4 camere con bagno interno. Possibilità di noleggiare ciaspole sci e scarponi e in estate sdraio per prendere il sole. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie della meravigliosa giornata. Se ti sono stato utile clicca su mi piace. Unfortunately we stopped for a hot chocolate and a slice of cake (which we only tasted and left on the plate), and the quality of both courses was on the verge of decency, part of the staff without a mask, disappointed, only the location was beautiful.
