★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero rifugio, ho avuto un problema con i miei scarponi, ho chiesto un aiuto al titolare, senza nessun problema ha risolto il danno, il tutto con un sorriso, volevo ringraziare per la gentilezza e la cordialità?, grazie mille mi avete permesso di raggiungere la valle in totale sicurezza??.
Il mangiare: eccellente, la vista incredibilmente bella, spero di poter tornare da tutti voi il più presto possibile a trovarvi!complimenti!!!
 A real refuge, I had a problem with my boots, I asked the owner for help, without any problem he solved the damage, all with a smile, I wanted to thank for the kindness and friendliness?, thank you very much you have allowed me to reach the valley in total safety??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio per la salita al Nabois grande, rifugio a quota 1500,di fattezze esterne sembra la classica casa di montagna, dotato di 52 posti letto e 4 bagni, con apertura da giugno a settembre. È punto d'appoggio per chi intraprende le salite verso il Jof Fuart attraverso la gola nord est, l'alta via delle Alpi Tarvisiane, l'anello delle Rondini, Cengia degli Dei ecc... ecc... Accesso diretto dalla Val Saisera tramite sentiero CAI 616 o il nuovo che personalmente sconsiglio ai non avvezzi a sentieri scoscesi ma soprattutto in discesa causa tratti molto ripidi e resi viscidi dall'acqua...
Passing through the ascent to Nabois grande, a refuge at an altitude of 1500, with external features it looks like a classic mountain house, with 52 beds and 4 bathrooms, open from June to September. It is a base for those who undertake the climbs towards the Jof Fuart through the north-east gorge, the Alta Via of the Tarvisian Alps, the ring of the Rondini, Cengia degli Dei etc ... etc ... Direct access from Val Saisera through the CAI 616 path or the new one that I personally do not recommend to those not accustomed to steep paths but above all downhill due to very steep sections made slippery by the water ...

Ottima esperienza, il gestore è molto affabile, accogliente e preparato, ci ha dato dei buoni consigli per la tappa del giorno dopo. Scrivo questa recensione solo ora perchè ho ricordato quel trekking rivedendo una foto scattata con il gestore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a mountain shelter at 1500 m above sea level. Its position is awesome. You can admire wonderful mountains: Jof Fuart and Nabois. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can spend the night. It's the starting point of mountain routes for example to Carnizza saddle and Nabois saddle and much more. You can see small snowfields in summer too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bartender charged us waaay too much for two coffees and one strudel. I went back in asked what was so expensive (28 eur) and then she just started looking at the computer and gave me 10 eur back. No receipt, no sorry, no nothing. Still extremely expensive. Coffee was cold, strudel was bad.

No warm water nor heating in the rooms (I visited in June so it wasn't an issue). Recommended.
