C	Chiara Giammartini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto carina, essenziale e ovviamente in stile Marino. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e tutto presentato molto bene, personale, preparato e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti: il tris di polpette di mare era molto buono, originale soprattutto quelle alle alici. La colazione continentale anch'essa molto originale, anche nell'impiattamento. I plin ripieni di ricciola, deliziosi e delicati, il tris di tonno era a dir poco sublime: il tonno si scioglieva in bocca! Vino ottimo. Prezzi onesti. Very nice location, essential and obviously in a marine style. We ate very well and everything presented very well, personal, prepared and kind. We ate two appetizers: the trio of seafood meatballs was very good, especially the ones with anchovies. The continental breakfast is also very original, even in the dish. The plins stuffed with amberjack, delicious and delicate, the tuna trio was nothing short of sublime: the tuna melted in your mouth! Excellent wine. Honest prices.

La sera a cena abbiamo trovato un menù di pesce alternativo alle solite proposte della zona, io ho provato dei plin di ricciola con estratto di cavolo rosso e mio marito un classico rivisitato, la cacio e pepe con alici. I dolci che abbiamo preso, tiramisu e crostata sono fatti in casa, il conto tutto sommato è piu che equo. Torneremo. we spent the day to book a table, the restaurant is located along a very characteristic alley of sperlonga. In the evening at dinner we found an alternative fish menu to the usual local dishes, I tried the amberjack plin with red cabbage extract and my husband a revisited classic, the cacio e pepe with anchovies. Lo consigliamo a chi ama veramente il pesce perché viene dato spazio alla creatività e all’originalità e quindi non si trovano i “classici” piatti tipici dei ristoranti delle località balneari. La qualità della materia è ottima e buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale è stato con noi molto gentile e professionale ma alla nostra richiesta di ghiaccio per poter “salvare” un vino che non raggiungeva il nostro gusto oltre a sentirsi dire che il ghiaccio era finito ci siamo dovuti subire anche la “permalosità” del (forse) gestore che si è risentito e anche piccato, invece di dispiacersi e augurarci che la prossima volta avremmo sicuramente trovato un vino che raggiungesse la nostra approvazione. We recommend it to those who truly love fish because space is given to creativity and originality and therefore you cannot find the "classic" dishes typical of seaside restaurants. The quality of the material is excellent and the quality / price ratio is good. The staff was very kind and professional with us but at our request for ice in order to "save" a wine that did not reach our taste as well as being told that the ice was finished we also had to suffer the "touchiness" of (perhaps ) manager who was resentful and even piqued, instead of being sorry and hoping that next time we would surely find a wine that would reach our approval.

Piatti innovativi, ben presentati e buoni a cui però manca un po'di sapore e di sensazione di pienezza che comunque dovrebbe darti un ristorante quando mangi antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce. Prezzi più che onesti sulla qualità, un po'meno sulla quantità ma in ogni caso in linea con i ristoranti che ti offrono il classico sauté di cozze e le linguine allo scoglio, spesso preparati con materia prima scadente, quindi tanto di cappello alla Ricciola Saracena. Buona scelta di vini, in cui traspare la voglia di ricerca e innovazione come in tutto il resto del menu. Un'ottima scoperta! Prices more than honest on the quality, a little less on the quantity but in any case in line with the restaurants that offer you the classic sautéed mussels and linguine allo scoglio, often prepared with poor raw material, so hats off to Amberjack Saracena . Good choice of wines, in which the desire for research and innovation shines through as in the rest of the menu. A great find!

Piatti veramente molto particolari e sfiziosi. L'unica "delusione" è stato il menù troppo ristretto, ci saremmo aspettati un menù molto più ricco di scelte e dolci più particolari. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Truly wonderful place in the alleys of Sperlonga, the staff was really very helpful, so much so that they reserved a room just for us and know how to advise us in every little thing and combination. Really very special and delicious dishes. The only "disappointment" was the too limited menu, we would have expected a much richer menu of choices and more particular desserts. d	daniele curti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso solamente due primi e siamo rimasti sbalorditi per la qualità dei prodotti usati, veramente ottimi e la cura che hanno avuto nell’impiattamento. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. Si hanno diverse scelte tra antipasti primi e secondi piatti che difficilmente si trovano altrove, ed qui che ho da fare l’unica critica. Premetto che è una critica solamente a guato personale, spiego..non offre i “classici piatti” che ti aspetti da un ristorante di pesce per fare un esempio la classica frittura di calamari e gamberi che per carità, come ho scritto sopra avendo quelle scelte nel menù, non te la fanno rimpiangere assolutamente. Ma per correttezza bisognerebbe “avvisare” la clientela che determinati piatti classici non ci sono, mettendo o un menù all’entrata o ancora meglio la lavagna che si trova dentro dove con ironia si citano appunto le domande che fanno i clienti sui piatti mancanti la si potrebbe mettere più piccola all’esterno. Oltrepassando questa “critica” che ripeto a gusto personale, consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a mangiare qualcosa qua perché questi ragazzi se lo meritano. Io personalmente ci tornerò presto.
