Die Endreinigung haben wir auch bezahlt, darum haben wir das ganze nicht verstanden. Aber egal. Für einmal hat es gereicht. Ansonsten war alles ganz ok, bis auf die Anordnu ng im Bad. Dumm gelöst, man sieht es auf den Fotos. Die Lichtspiele am Abend waren ganz nett. Nice apartment in Lignano, but we just had to bring our own towels for the purpose of Corona !!! We didn't quite understand why. We also paid the final cleaning, so we didn't understand the whole thing. But it doesn't matter. It was enough for once. Otherwise everything was ok, except for the arrangement in the bathroom. Stupidly solved, you can see it in the photos. The light shows in the evening were really nice.
L	Lene H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charmante, kleine Wohnanlage. Man ist schnell am Strand oder im Zentrum. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Herr Zaccolo ist ein netter Gastgeber und nahm bei unserem Empfang die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bezüglich Corona ernst. Das hat mir gut gefallen. Unser Apartment sah aus, als wäre vor nicht all zu langer Zeit renoviert worden und war farbenfroh gestaltet. In der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. (Lediglich das Geschirr war teilweise nicht richtig sauber, was wir wahrscheinlich unserem Vorgänger in dem Apartment zu verdanken hatten.) Das Bett war bequem und das Apartment war - bis auf das Geschirr - einwandfrei. Die farbenfrohe Beleuchtung der Anlage am Abend ist ein ansprechendes, kleines Detail. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das WLAN war bei unserem Besuch sehr unzuverlässig, bzw. das Signal im Apartment war sehr schwach. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und Preis-Leistung ist fair. Charming, small residential complex. You can get to the beach or the center in no time. Parking spaces are available. Mr. Zaccolo is a nice host and took the security measures regarding Corona seriously at our reception. I enjoyed that. Our apartment looked like it had been renovated not too long ago and was colorfully decorated. Everything you need is available in the small kitchen. (Only the dishes were sometimes not really clean, which we probably owed to our predecessor in the apartment.) The bed was comfortable and the apartment was - except for the dishes - perfect. The colorful lighting of the facility in the evening is an appealing little detail. The only point of criticism: the WiFi was very unreliable during our visit, or the signal in the apartment was very weak. We felt comfortable here and the price-performance ratio is fair.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine usw. Matratzen komplett durchgelegen. Selbst die Schlafcouch in der Küche ist kein erholsames schlafen. Es war auch kein Ansprechpartner in der ganzen Zeit anzutreffen. Alles über Email. Für mich im großen und ganzen mehr Schein als sein. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen. Complex nice and quiet apartment. However spartan furnishings. Luckily we took a lot with us from home. Bed linen, towels, glasses, coffee maker, etc. Mattresses completely worn out. Even the sofa bed in the kitchen is not a good night's sleep. There was also no contact person to be found in the whole time. Everything via email. For me, by and large, more appearance than it is. We wouldn't book it again.

Prezzo esagerato per quanto proposto. Good location, just enough apartment not very clean and with bathroom not fully functional (shower and toilet do not drain). Unpolite owner. Price exaggerated for what is proposed.
A	Antonio Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo appartamento ed ottima posizione, peccato per il responsabile che ci ha accolto, al quale consiglio di cambiare mestiere. Totale paranoia riguardo al non avere ospiti nemmeno per un pranzo o una cena all'aperto, nemmeno se registrati regolarmente (mai sentita sta cosa). Mi sono fermato da sabato a lunedì con amici e il sabato sera mi ha telefonato inventandosi che c'era troppo casino nel mio appartamento, peccato che fossimo a cena fuori. A mai più rivederci. Excellent apartment and excellent location, too bad for the manager who welcomed us, to whom I recommend to change jobs. Total paranoia about not having guests even for an outdoor lunch or dinner, even if registered regularly (never heard of that). I stayed from Saturday to Monday with friends and on Saturday evening he phoned me and realized that there was too much noise in my apartment, too bad we were out for dinner. To never see us again.
