We paid around 1750$ for two weeks. In the apartment we had smashed chairs and totally burned bed. And as a bonus broken shower. It was terrible

This time we have chosen Agency Eureka offer. Unfortunately, it appeared as wrong decision. On the arrival we observed some power shortage. The fuse cut the power out every few minutes. It was clear for us to report it to Agency next day. How much strange for us was, when the Agency had maintained such situation as normal and the 3kWh limit as standard in whole Italy. The visually irritated young man advised us to use electrical equipment interchangeably. So, we suffered these problems the whole week and such holiday surely could not be considered as comfortable. Each time, when the boiler started (automatically) we suffered the cut of power. To use the washing machine we had to switch the fridge off. The included in offer and paid air-conditioning could be use only periodically and very seldom - surely not enough. Such situations and Agency explanation seem to be at least strange. As we experienced over 10 years the Holidays in Italy and made use of many well cooperative Agencies (as Serena, MC, FM, Casa Mare, Europa, etc) - we were always very glad. So, we can compare it with Eureka service and we are sure that such power deficit - is not normal !! And cannot be accepted!! That is why, nothing more remains, as strongly not recommend this Agency for any future cooperation. PS. Additionally, at the credit card payment moment, the Agency clerk has chosen (without asking or inform me) the wrong currency, and as the result I paid 530 Euro instead of 480 Euro. Which means, I lost 50 Euro because of unqualified/incompetent Agency personnel. Scandal!!!

I dont recommend this agency. They brake their own rules if they need to. Dont get me wrong: During common "pay & go" procedure - everything is fine. But in any disputable situation you will be found guilty. And will pay extra. You dont believe me? Just read agency comments for other bad reviews... If anything would go wrong, you will get the same attitude in person Customer is always wrong / Agency is always right Of course Im "crazy", thanks again to Eureka staff for the nice words. But I would say this for any potential client: Dont repeat my mistake to be named "crazy" or anything else. Just read the agency comments carefully and understand what kind of service and attitude you will get. This is pretty obvious.
