A	Alexander Di Bernardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Frühstück ist auch eine gute Auswahl. Parkplatz sind wenige am Hotel aber die Parkgarage ist im Preis dabei und nicht weit weg. Zum Strand ist es auch ein angenehmer weg zu Fuß. Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is a good selection too. There are few parking spaces at the hotel, but the parking garage is included in the price and is not far away. The beach is also a pleasant walk away.

Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Buona la cucina. Grazie Great location, quiet yet close to everything. The nicest room we have stayed in in all the years that we go on vacation. Very clean. A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon hotel in posizione vicina al centro, camere rinnovate e carine, nella stanza superior, abbastanza spaziosa, il bagno non è molto grande e i sanitari a mio giudizio un po piccoli, credo per salvare spazio, personale gentile, possibilità parcheggio ma limitato. Buona colazione con anche dolci fatti in casa.Di sera, anche fino a notte intrata però si sentono molti rumori e schiamazzi, quindi si è costretti a chiudere le finestre e mettere in funzione l'aria condizionata..anche se non fa caldo... ma è ovvio siamo vicino al centro ..dove si fa baldoria... noi avevamo la camera verso la strada forse quelle nel cortile interno sono un pochino più tranquille. Se siete sensibili ai rumori come me non lo consiglierei. Good hotel in a location close to the center, renovated and nice rooms, in the superior room, quite spacious, the bathroom is not very large and the bathroom fixtures in my opinion a bit small, I think to save space, kind staff, parking but limited. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. In the evening, even until late at night, you can hear a lot of noises and noises, so you are forced to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning .. even if it is not hot .. . but it is obvious we are close to the center .. where there is partying ... we had the room facing the street, perhaps the ones in the inner courtyard are a little quieter. If you are sensitive to noise like me I would not recommend it.

Si mangia bene e il personale è cordiale, allegro e disponibilissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente per una bella vacanza. Hotel is very nice. Just refurbished with a lot of taste. Always spotless with freshly changed linen. The food is good and the staff are friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend it for a nice vacation.
N	Nadine Schubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können nicht meckern. Zwar verbrachten wir zu dritt (mit Kind) nur eine Nacht dort, aber sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch die zentrale Lage ist nicht verkehrt. Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Sommer käme für uns nicht infrage, weil wir gerne einen Pool hätten. We can't complain. The three of us (with a child) only stayed there for one night, but both breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff is courteous and helpful. The central location is also not wrong. A longer stay in summer would not be an option for us because we would like to have a pool.
E	Elena Restivo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a fine agosto / inizio settembre con trattamento di mezza pensione in una camera superior. La stanza ed il bagno erano molto belli, rimodernati completamente e di una pulizia impeccabile che non avevamo mai trovato in nessun altro posto. Molto comoda la posizione, 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro di Lignano Pineta e circa 10 per arrivare in spiaggia. Staff molto gentile e cordiale, soprattutto la titolare Francesca che viene incontro ad ogni tipo di esigenza. Cibo buono e in linea con le nostre aspettative, con una discreta scelta di dolce/salato per la colazione e buffet di verdure cotte e crude sempre presente alla sera. Uniche note meno positive: in 6 notti di pernottamento non è mai stato effettuato un cambio di lenzuola (forse per errore?) e i muri interni sono molto sottili, rendendo difficile il riposo di chi ha il sonno leggero. In generale comunque l'esperienza è stata positiva e ci sentiamo di consigliare la struttura. We stayed at this hotel in late August / early September with half board in a superior room. The room and bathroom were very nice, completely refurbished and impeccably clean that we have never found anywhere else. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes on foot to reach the center of Lignano Pineta and about 10 to get to the beach. Very polite and friendly staff, especially the owner Francesca who meets every need. Good food and in line with our expectations, with a decent choice of sweet / savory for breakfast and a buffet of cooked and raw vegetables always present in the evening. The only less positive notes: in 6 nights of accommodation there was never a change of sheets (perhaps by mistake?) And the internal walls are very thin, making it difficult for those who are light sleepers to rest. In general, however, the experience was positive and we would like to recommend the structure.
