B	Beppe Galetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato per mio fratello, a novembre 2020, uno specifico bungalow, situato a pochi metri dalla piscina in quanto la moglie ha difficoltà motorie. Richiesta confermata un mese prima della partenza. Arrivati lì, scopriamo che siamo stati spostati in un bungalow a 50 mt di distanza. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato risposto: "Eh, non abbiamo più il controllo delle prenotazioni, non è più come una volta..." Risibile. AGGIORNAMENTO. Dopo il fatto, la Direzione della struttura si è comportata in maniera professionale, e gliene va dato credito. REPLICA alla risposta del proprietario. Va premesso che mio fratello è stato vostro cliente per oltre 30 anni. Detto questo, Albatros ha confermato per iscritto la prenotazione nel novembre 2020 indicando periodo e bungalow, Asia 5 (ovviamente la comunicazione è producibile). Ma davvero in più di 8 mesi non si è riusciti a registrare la prenotazione a quel bungalow? Ribadisco, risibile. We booked for my brother, in November 2020, a specific bungalow, located a few meters from the swimming pool as his wife has walking difficulties. Request confirmed one month before departure. Once there, we discover that we have been moved to a bungalow 50 meters away. At our request for explanations, we were answered: "Eh, we no longer have control of reservations, it is no longer what it used to be ..." Laughable. UPDATE. After the fact, the management of the facility behaved in a professional manner, and they should be given credit for it. REPLY to the owner's reply. It must be said that my brother has been your customer for over 30 years. That said, Albatros confirmed the booking in writing in November 2020 indicating the period and bungalow, Asia 5 (obviously the communication is producible). But was it really not possible to register the booking for that bungalow in more than 8 months? I repeat, laughable.
C	Chiara Rocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera. Siamo rientrati ieri dal ns soggiorno a Lignano. Sono diverse estati che ad anni alterni trascorriamo le ns. Vacanze. Ci troviamo sempre bene; quest'anno abbiamo prenotato nuovamente un appartamento presso l Antares (ex rosso), a parte qualche piccola trascuratezza a mio parere dovuta dalla mancata manutenzione straordinaria, devo dire che lo spazio (50mq) è molto bn dustribuito e fornito di tt (lavastoviglie compresa). Abbiamo avuto solo qualche problematica con l aria condizionata (impianto un po vecchiotto) ma prontamente risolto dagli addetti alla manutenzione ordinaria (Sig. Daniele sempre molto gentile e disponibile). Un ringraziamento anche al personale del Bar (Lara e Andrea in particolare) che ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso e tanta professionalità. Un arrivederci a presto. Chiara Rocchi Good evening. We returned yesterday from our stay in Lignano. There are several summers that in alternate years we spend our. Vacation. We are always happy; this year we have booked again an apartment at the Antares (ex red), apart from some small neglect in my opinion due to the lack of extraordinary maintenance, I must say that the space (50sqm) is very well distributed and equipped with tt (including dishwasher) . We only had some problems with the air conditioning (a little old system) but promptly resolved by the ordinary maintenance staff (Mr. Daniele always very kind and helpful). Thanks also to the staff of the Bar (Lara and Andrea in particular) who always welcome you with a smile and a lot of professionalism. See you soon. Chiara Rocchi

La cosa più bella è, comunque, il ristorante pizzeria Bella Napoli dove si può trovare qualsiasi piatto d'asporto, molto veloci e simpatici. A good place to stay, clean and staffed always available. 250m from the sea and very close to the playground for the happiness of children. The best thing is, however, the Bella Napoli restaurant and pizzeria where you can find any take-away dish, very fast and friendly.

It does have few issues, and one pretty much ruined my stay - WiFi. It was probably the worst wifi in any hotel i've been in. It was very hard to connect to. The room for 4 also had a very uncomfortable double bed. The breakfast was OK, it had every main dish needed. The hotel also provides the beds on beach, which is nice. Overall, it is a good hotel for a good prize. If the wifi was excellent, it would be a very pleasant stay.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it by mistake on booking as we needed to stay somewhere one night on our way to South of France. For three adults sharing two bunk beds and a king size bed in a studio we payed merely 110 euros for a night, all of these in full season ( mid July) the price included closed parking, outdoor pool access, a specially designed spot on the beach including chaise lounges and umbrellas and full continental breakfast. The stuff was so nice and helpful showing us around and giving dinner recommendations. The beach is just two minutes walk and I was pleasantly surprised seeing the blue beach flag flying....perfect sand and nice shallow waters made our staying even more awesome. I also noticed on property tennis courts and bungalows and children play areas. Such a nice place to stay, definitely recommend to anyone on a budget looking for a decent, very clean and inexpensive place to spend a vacation.
